Great place to stay at. It was the perfect size place for the 2 of us to stay at. Also way better than our stay at hotels nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandra’s place! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so convenient from the start. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. One of the best parts was access to the building's amenities — the gym was clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also really appreciated the underground parking, especially during the occasional spring showers in late March. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short walk to Railroad Park, which was great for our family outings. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby — we never ran out of options for good food. Overall, Sandra was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Birmingham!

Very clean, easy in and out once we were in the first time (would have been better if we'd paid better attention to the very clear instructions!). Sandra was extremely responsive and very helpful when she did respond. Easy and relatively quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great that it included access to an EV charger, made it easier on us! Bed was extremely comfortable, best I've slept in months (I wish I had peeked at the brand, I'd consider buying one for our guest room!). Very satisfied and will stay again when we're in Birmingham. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. It was a very comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive.

What a wonderful find, from the first time I contacted Jimmy he was so kind and helpful, each time I reached out to him he responded quickly. When we arrived the house was just as described and then some, even had out nascar decor which was amazing since that's what we were there for. If we make it that way again it's a definite stay again. 👍👍👍

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Wonderful backyard for our dogs to play. Comfortable beds. Lots of natural light and well decorated rooms. Train sounds in the night are a lot—need white noise machines in all bedrooms. House was neat and free of clutter but did not have that ‘fresh and clean’ feeling that many other AirBnBs have when I first walk inside. I get the sense a full, thorough cleaning is not happening between every stay.

This stay was lovely! The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and well appointed! Our host went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home! A wonderful spot to stay for a trip to Birmingham!
