Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

With no common walls and on the top floor the apartment is quiet. Lockup storage for skis, bikes and prams. Designated parking space. Free winter shuttle bus. Saturday from 6pm watch the flare run/ fireworks from our verandah. Bobuck 3c is the perfect place to stay.

Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
