We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Posto incantevole, nelle colline Marchigiane. Fin troppo incantevole, tanto é che abbiamo passato molto tempo in relax in Villa. Peccato per lo Stradello non asfaltato che collega la strada principale alla villa. Host super disponibile e gentile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Casa grande con vista bellissima e grande piscina con un vista meravigliosa su Mondavio. Luca è molto ospitale e amichevole!

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

Das Haus ist toll und Guido ist sehr freundlich. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison hier waren, war fast alles in Porto Verde geschlossen. Während der Saison ist es sicher ein wunderschönes Örtchen, wo einiges los ist! Die privaten Parkplätze sind sehr praktisch. Leider ist die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet zum Kochen. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen würde. Wir hätten gerne Mal kurz gesaugt. Alles in Allem ein wirklich tolles Haus!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

un séjour incroyable. Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrew. Sa maison est magnifique et très agréable. Nous étions 9 et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit grâce aux 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La maison reste fraiche pendant la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et bien fleuri. Les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables surtout celle ombragée par une superbe glycine. La piscine est parfaite avec sa plage et ses nombreux transats. L'environnement est très calme et la vue très belle. Andrew nous a fourni de bons conseils que nous avons suivis pour nos visites quotidiennes. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre semaine de vacances, les petits comme les grands.

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un luogo immerso dalla natura ma vicino alle più belle città di Umbria e Toscana. In 10 minuti di macchina si raggiunge Città di Castello, in 1 ora Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Gubbio. La casa ha 3 grandi appartamenti indipendenti molto curati, la zona giorno è favolosa con due grandi sale per pranzare tutti insieme e una cucina da ristorante davvero fantastica completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, soprattutto per chi sa armeggiare ai fornelli :-) Host super cordiale e disponibile Molto consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere un periodo di svago in più famiglie, soprattutto con bambini. Torneremo a provare la piscina nel periodo estivo

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

Casa impeccabile, come da descrizione, servizi ottimi per adulti e bambini. La casa é perfetta anche per i proprietari di cani, perché gli spazi sono molto ampi, completamente recintati e la zona é molto tranquilla. Federico é un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura! Proprietario simpatico e cordiale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! Decisamente approvato il tutto!

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta con spazi ampi adatta a gruppi numerosi. E’ inoltre anche bene attrezzata. Consiglierei di migliorare l’appartamento al piano terra per quanto riguarda la cameretta ed il bagno. Il proprietario è stato super gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

We booked this beautiful property to celebrate NYE with a group of friends. We were 16 in total and we had a wonderful time together. The property has all the amenities and the rooms are cleaned and comfortable. The communal spaces were spacious so that we can have our meals together. I have a small suggestion, for future references it would be great to have all the basic spices in the kitchen such as salt, pepper and sugar.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette villa dans laquelle nous avions le logement attenant à la piscine qui nous permettait de loger à cinq (4 adultes et 1 enfant). Le jardin et la piscine sont exceptionnels et offre une vue magnifique sur toute la région d’Assise, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'extérieur est clairement le point fort de cette villa et un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Les hôtes Daniela et Marco, qui étaient dans l'autre partie de la maison pendant notre séjour, ont été formidables. Ils nous ont donné les bonnes adresses du coin et ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner un sur-matelas pour épaissir le matelas du canapé/lit du salon qui était sens cela assez inconfortable pour 2 adultes. Ils ont aussi eu la gentillesse de nous inviter à leur déjeuner de famille du 15 août ce qui était un moment très chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette villa qui est à la fois isolée au calme mais proche de tous les commerces et à 10mns d'Assise.
