beautiful house and very well maintained. the property has everything you need and more. the location is excellent, 7 min from the market but also very peaceful. highlight was the beautiful dogs, kangaroos, koalas, horses,deer's and donkeys. thanks

Our stay was very much enjoyed by both adults and kids. The home is very spacious and very comfortably fit 2 families of 4 with plenty of space. The pool and spa were a massive hit and kept the kids entertained all week. The house was very well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. Couldn’t fault anything! Thanks so much

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Beautiful, massive home, great for large families. House was in pristine condition and the hosts were so helpful and responsive with everything. The location is perfect, there’s plenty to do around while still remaining private and peaceful. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book a relaxing getaway.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The location was outstanding, so close to everything in Phillip Island. The house was very accommodating and we felt right at home with a large group. There was plentiful parking, and sleeping area was really comfortable. The lounge was very large accommodating and everything else very comfortable. We regretted not booking the place for a longer stay and will keep that in mind for our next holiday. Every guest was very happy with the stay and already planning future visits. It has everything you would expect and more. The view from the second floor was amazing during sunrise. There was also a large bathtub in one of the bathrooms. The host Minh was outstanding at responding and allowing us an extra hour to check out. The price was very reasonable when we booked. Will definitely recommend and keep on our list to book for our next stay at Phillip Island.

Perfect for what we needed. A great family house that was very comfortable, and clean and close to a great playground. Communication with the host was also great.

Cute beach house in Sandy Point, well equipped kitchen, toilet close to living room and thin walls but not a problem for close family and friends! Super friendly hosts close by , good communication and welcomed with kitchen utensils we specifically asked for along with freshly picked tomatoes from their backyard vine that day! short flat walk to the beach. Good little coffee cart next to General Store , a couple of blocks away. Loved our stay here in this beautiful part of Victoria , thank you.

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

Great surroundings, very quiet. Lots of different birds around, from magpies, rosellas, even a chook or two. The house was well maintained, and the box of toys was a godsend for our daughter. Amenities were adequate and being only a short distance from the centre of Healesville means dealing with traffic is a non-issue.

I wanted somewhere homely and low key to mark my 60th birthday. Let me sum up our experience in this hidden treasure...WOW! As a family of 6, we had space when needed but came together to play pool, to watch me as a new 60 year old take on the trampoline, and gather on the balcony to reflect on our days. What a totally joyous experience. We had s much space and still had a spare bedroom. I look forward to having a "full house" here when my son, daughter in law and grandchildren visit from Perth. The bedroom with the bunks will be perfect for them. We look forward to booking this again, with all my family next time. Thank you so much Marnie for your great communication and for opening this little sanctuary to us. Great memories were made for a lifetime. xx

Lovely and homey space!

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We are AirBnB veterans having stayed in many in NA, UK, Canada and Aus. We always say that anyone who runs a BnB should live in it for a week to understand what you really need. It’s obvious our hosts have also stayed in many BnBs as they have provisioned the place well, the way you would like it if they were the guest. We Enjoyed; The art work The large bed (which was our initial attraction) Large functional kitchen. The lemon tree in the yard. Yummy fresh lemons for our drinks and zest etc. Highly recommended.

This property gave us a beautiful stay. It is bright and spacious with amazing amenities and a stunning backyard. The home i well equipped and Stephen was very responsive when we needed assistance. The home is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing time. It is so serene and we had a restful time with our friends and family. The property is located near amenities and tourist sites. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely visit it in the future.
