Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Take it easy at this unique, pet friendly tranquil getaway. Absolute beach front has you 50 steps to the sand with your own private beach gate. Pets allowed on application, must be house trained. Off leash dog beach is out front along with new Coastal Pathway for you to stroll or ride along .

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. This modern one bedroom, one bathroom unit is fully self contained overlooking the pool. It has its own front door access and separate access to your EXCLUSIVE USE of the pool. Located within 150 metres walking distance to beautiful Buddina Beach and 150 metres also to the Mooloolah River. It is also a kilometre from a major shopping centre with cinemas and ten minutes drive to iconic Mooloolaba. Across the road, you can walk to a choice of coffee shops and Thai restaurant
