Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.

We are a 15 minute ride to Gore Ski Mountain, a 25 minute ride to Lake George, a 50 minute ride to Saratoga Springs and minutes from local hiking trails, fishing holes, maple syrup farms and more! Since then, we've renovated the private apartment attached to our home to accommodate guests and we hope to take our countless stays into consideration to create the best possible guest experience here in the lovely place we call home, the Adirondacks! This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
