Great location. Right across the street from the beach. Unit was roomy and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

For our stay of a week, - two person - Sue's apartment was perfect. The apartment location in the complex is super. Only a few steps to the pool with private access. No swipe card needed. The little veranda is private yet not closed in. Undercover parking is secure and easy to access with lift. Otherwise no steps to the apartment. Nice place not cluttered and spotless clean. Sue supplied per email a fact sheet. All info on one 4A sheet of paper, what was a great help.

Where to start. il start with John as a host, what a superb host. He let us change our booking a day forward without any issues. He also courteously offered us to stay an extra night free of charge! Not many hosts would offer this. He is a top guy. Now - the space. Amazing. So clean. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen so well stocked. A beautiful apartment, styled so tastefully. Felt like being in the Mediterranean. Amazing kitchen, so easy to cook in if that’s your thing. Easy access in and out of the building. Would stay over and over! Thanks John!

This apartment was just perfect for us! The location is great and couldn't be better. The apartment is huge and the rooms are great. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has everything we needed. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and had great details. We felt very comfortable staying in this apartment as a family. Lovely getaway, nice & comfy. Great location, close to the beach. Unit is perfectly placed, close to the pool however lovely & private. Stuart immediately confirmed our booking after we were evacuated from floods late at night. He also greeted us when we arrived at 11.30pm. What a gorgeous secluded home away from home that had an instant and calming atmosphere. So many extras were supplied and scattered around the apartment to make you feel truly welcome. Beautiful tropical gardens were showcased though every window and door ... perfect for bird watching! We'll definitely tell our travelling visitors to book this lovely space.

Beautiful home, clean, comfy bed, and the host was very responsive to our questions! Loved the hand, body and shampoo/conditioner so much, I intend to buy some when I get home! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous little spot. I had the best time! Sun soaks the sun lounges in the afternoon. And the hot tub was a bonus in the evenings. It’s just a short walk down a hill to the old town. I’d highly recommend felicity’s place, thanks again. Anna

Instant relaxation the moment we arrived. Stayed with husband and teenager; the space was welcoming and provided ample space for each of us to unwind when we wanted space apart, yet comfortable lounge and seating to hang together. I loved the covered veranda spot for my morning coffee in nature and birdsong. Really friendly and helpful hosts.

Although we didn’t stay at David’s place due to the unit undergoing repairs, David did organise an alternative unit in the same complex. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The unit is in a great position and the complex is clean and well maintained

Sally's place is very comfortable and clean with a super relaxed vibe. The accommodation is well placed for visiting Lennox Head and the surrounding area. Sally is great with communication and is happy to help if you need. Hope to return to the lovely beaches of this area.

Delightful, modern, all you need equipped property in elite enclave. We have been visiting Byron for decades and this is our new favourite place! Virtually across from Belongil beach, quiet, easy parking, and can walk to eatery and central Byron, including along the beach. Quality, cleverly designed comfortable accommodation with great amenities in excellent condition; attention to detail, well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, two quiet air conditioners, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, environmentally sensitive personal and cleaning aids and even some helpful staples for cooking, plus beach umbrella and towels to use. Enjoyed the lovely private shared saltwater pool, BBQ, outdoor lounging and dining areas, and well-equipped share laundry. Grateful for the swift, helpful responses from lovely, caring owners, Margy and Graham. Highly recommended. We had a beautiful time there and will return!

Great location. Quiet room away from lift and nice view of the garden. Next to restaurants and cafes. Good pool in the complex. Very comfortable bed!

99 Caba was just perfect! The unit was very well maintained, furnishings, linen and products were high quality and ample kitchen equipment! The view over the beach was fantastic - you could sit on the balcony all day! Great location and an easy walk to eateries and food shopping. Jacinta was helpful, and obliging. We will stay again! Lovely apartment with a great position in the complex looking straight out over the pool area towards the beach. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout was perfect for my wife and I, with our adult daughter enjoying having her own space in the large studio second bedroom.

we had a great stay at Jim's place. Close to the beach, bakery and Suffolk shops and restaurants. We had a couple issues which Jim promptly wrote back about and sorted for us and went above and beyond for us. thanks Jim!

Tricias place gave us a very comfortable stay, the bed was super comfy. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and we spent a very pleasant week there.

Such an amazing apartment. The view is breathtaking and the decor is beautiful. There was a washer and dryer, a lift and underground parking. It’s a little out of town so you need to drive down to the shops, but sitting on the deck at sunset is wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable-so close to the beach. The apartment itself is fantastic,spacious, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos. The rooftop spa was a real highlight, offering a stunning view of the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.Debbie, the host, was communicative and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!
