PLEASE NOTE if you are not a couple and do not want to share a bed , you will need to rent the second bedroom at $45 per night per each additional person.The location is perfect in the center of quaint picturesque downtown Wellfleet. Private parking. No children under 8.

Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two.
