Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

The apartment was well located and had all amenities. From our arrival to leaving, everything was available within the apartment, which was clean, comfortable and perfect for a long weekend. The area is well located, close to the sea and the nice town on Bidport, with a nice local market on the Saturday morning (worth a walk - around 30 minutes). Travelled to Weymouth but we recommend the 53 bus for the views along the cliff.. amazing and worth the ride just for this view (take the upper level if a double-decker). We'll be back, just for the location and the people. :-)

Had a great few days at Dee’s place - the location is amazing, really couldn’t be any closer to the sea when you’re on the balcony, and the harbour & town are literally at the end of the road. Really nice place to stay, had everything we needed at the flat, quiet even though it’s ground floor, and we slept really well!

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s lovely home!! The house is very spacious and well kept, and we instantly felt comfortable. Christopher was very responsive and helpful, and kindly put up a baby gate for our infant daughter! He and his family also left out some wooden toys our daughter could play with and lent us their high chair. The house has a great yard and is in fabulous area, very family oriented and we loved having Clyne Gardens so close! We would strongly recommend!!

We had a lovely family holiday at Arthur’s place. The property was well equipped, spacious and dog-friendly. There is a large green space opposite with beautiful views of the sea and access to the Windmill Pub, which was great for dinner. Arthur and Jenny were gracious, friendly hosts.

16 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house to celebrate my husbands birthday. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The tram ride was good fun and we walked to Axmouth for lunch. The town is nice with independent shops. Unfortunately the drains were blocked which caused a smell in the house. We contacted the agent who responded quickly and got someone out to sort it. I would definitely recommend this house. It is beautiful, the decor, furniture, soft furnishings, everything was of the highest quality. We were a group of 16 and we were all very comfortable.

Well presented cottage with everything you would need for a long weekend in a beautiful location. Host/s were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . A beautiful, characterful and charming cottage in the centre of Topsham. Nice and close to Dartmoor, Exeter and wonderful beaches, plenty to do. Recommend eating at the Globe and the Galley great food.

Highly convenient location with Mumbles to one side and the City centre to the other. The house meets our family's needs including Bertie, the dog. Pleasant back garden with easy access to all amenities.

Although it’s a while since I last stayed here it still has high standards. Every aspect needed is carefully executed and available. From comfort to cleanliness, peaceful to friendly, solitude to accessibility. From walking on the beach to catching a bus into Weston, this apartment has it all and more. For me it’s just perfect 👌

This property was absolutely lovely as to was the amazing views from the balcony! Caswell bay is stunning Pita was very helpful and text me on the day of arrival to say we could park up and enjoy the beach earlier than check in. The apartment was stunning and very clean with everything we needed plus some little extra welcome treats for us! We loved listening to the sea late at night, was so calming. This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.

The photos didn't do it justice - the apartment was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Usually there are some items missing but this place had absolutely everything, even down to a hoover and a mop. There were ample facilities in the kitchen to cook a full blown meal and everything worked as expected. We couldn't have wanted for anything else, it truly felt like a home away from home. Shone was lovely and her communication was second to none. When we ran into a complication with our booking, she was friendly and incredibly helpful with a quick response time. I can't wait to stay here again!

This has to be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The views from the flat were so beautiful. The flat itself was exactly how it looks in the pictures and very clean. The location is very central to the town and harbour with many restaurants and pubs near by. Would definitely stay here again.
