The cottage is separated from the main house by a covered deck. Guests are welcome to use the deck and spend time in the garden . Many birds visit the garden. It is in walking distance to shops,restaurants,Post Office.WOW boat tours.We will pick up from the Transwa bus stop.The Bibbulmun Track passes nearby. We have a two night minimum for bookings

Nannup River Cottages - Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. One pet allowed only with prior arrangement with owner. Your pet will need to be an a leash whilst outside as free range poultry and wildlife and is not to be left on property unattended by owners. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or bedding You will need to bring own bedding. On occasion two pets allowed if accommodation is not busy. Guests who bring pets without prior notice may will be asked to vacate premises.

Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. Adults only and no pets.
