Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.
