Beautiful & clean place. Expect to see exactly what you see in the pictures and more. My daughter loved the pool. The trees around made it very private so you don’t have to worry about the neighbours seeing you walk around in your swimwear. Kerry is a wonderful host, clear instructions, shared info on restaurant which was great and she was quick to respond.

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Thank you Sharon and Ronny for treating us so well and facilitating our time together as a wider family. Visiting my sick sister, the location was great for us and is quiet and secure. Your home is a real home from home. The rooms are big and we loved the living area. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching birds and monkeys in the park across the road, using your sparkling pool,and having a braai. Great spot to be if you want to experience Zimbali has to offer. A proper inverter system would be great improvement

This was an absolutely awesome house to stay in. The reason being, it was a home. With all the amenities for a superb stay. The garden and pool area is simply a sight to behold. Susans attention to detail and her ability to guage what we required, her openness, flexibility and kindness was something we were not expecting. This made our stay extraordinary. This home is spectacular. We loved the solid older home feel of it, with the hardwood floors and the beach house décor. The view is stunning! We watched whales every morning. We totally enjoyed the huge spaces, including the kitchen and yards. It was too cold to use the pool, but just having it gave the resort vibe. Gary and Michelle were very responsive and so kind. We felt like we had friends by the time we left.

I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment on the quieter side of Umhlanga, which exceeded all my expectations! The apartment is beautifully decorated, cosy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. But what made my stay special was the hospitality from Jono and Cathy - they surprised me with a lovely bottle red of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! The pool area was fantastic, and the entire complex was ideally suited for those seeking a peaceful, private retreat. The location is also super convenient, with a delicious café downstairs serving the best Chai latte, and a Checkers grocery store just steps away. If I have one regret, it's that I didn't make it to the nearby casino - but that's definitely on my agenda for next time! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a serene and comfortable stay in Umhlanga. Thank you, Jono and Cathy, for an unforgettable experience!

This is a wonderful place to stay, seeing the ocean when you open your eyes in the morning can not be described in words. I will return everytime when visiting Umdloti/Durban Tam and Grant are great hosts

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

Paola was an absolutely amazing host. She provided us with clear instructions up front and was extremely communicative. She assisted us with all of our inquiries and she made us feel right at home. The place is breathtaking and exactly as per the pictures. It’s peaceful, with an amazing view and close to any and every restaurant you would need. We will definitely be back

We had a very relaxing time. The apartment is very well appointed, in a great location - quiet but close to everything - with the most amazing views from a spacious balcony.

5 minute walk from Florida Road, shark stadium in a walkable distance. The beach and ushaka Marine 15 min drive away. Amazing location, highly recommended.
