Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! This apartment has a fantastic view over the mountains. Orchard Drive is a quiet residential area. The property has a walking trail through a field that leads to a private pond. We are minutes from Wilson Lake in Wilton and Kineowatha Park, a recreational center that offers swimming, walking trails, and tennis courts. We are close to restaurants and shopping in Wilton and Farmington and the UMF Campus, Titcomb Ski slope is just minutes over the hill from us.

We gladly accept persons 21 and older. We welcome children and infants. 4 miles north of Farmington towards Sugarloaf.
