This home was an amazing place to connect and enjoy with old friends. The basement has tons of entertainment options between pool, football and a sauna to name a few. We found ourselves opting to stay in one night because we were having so much fun. Amazing location with access to tons of downtown options. Katie was incredibly welcoming and accessible would recommend a stay!

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful cabin nestled in the woods of New Hampshire, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the serene surroundings and the cozy ambiance of the cabin. The cabin itself is beautifully maintained and exudes rustic charm. Inside, the space is warm and inviting, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with a super comfortable couch. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. One of the best features of this cabin is its location. It’s perfectly secluded, offering privacy and a true sense of escape. I spent my mornings sipping coffee on the porch, watching the wildlife.

Magnificent house and wonderful host. Michael was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure to ensure our stay was comfortable throughout. The views were stunning and the fireplace was an excellent central point for us all to share during the evenings. We had a wonderful time and the weekend will surely be a fond memory for us. Beautiful home, great communication, easy access to skiing, loved the giant mud room ..made it easy to keep ski boots, jackets, ski pants and sneakers for a big crowd. Decent parking for multiple cars. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, bath and dish towels and bedding... Hot tub was broken but Julia was on top of getting it fixed ASAP. Would definitely come back!

We love Jeremiah and Lisseth’s place! It was a great stay. We really appreciated how clean the house was and how well they communicated with us. It was a comfortable environment and we felt right at home. The fire place and hot tub were big perks for our group. They made sure we had everything we needed and showed they care. We will definitely book a stay with them in the future!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Colby and his wonderful home. We absolutely loved it - it was clean, comfortable, homey, had everything you could possibly want, and Colby was the most wonderful host. We can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing weekend with some friends skiing Sunday River, and Kevin's was perfect place to come back and relax. it is a beautiful and spacious cabin. huge table great for 2 different board games at once to keep everyone occupied. vwry comfortable beds, and nothing better than a hot tub after a day of skiing. Kevin was very responsive as well. we hope to return next year.

Perfect home for 6 adults, peaceful surroundings with great views from front of house and the outdoor hot tub! Kitchen was spotless as was the entire house. Even the utensils and drawers. Less than 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski resort and town of Bethel for groceries, etc. Kim was very responsive and check-in/out super simple!

The house was great, prime location for skiing Sunday river, absolutely spotless, instructions were listed in multiple places, making it extremely easy to figure out where things were. Pack and play and highchair on site made it super easy traveling with our infant.

Ian and Katie’s property was exceptional in every way. Everyone in our family had their own private area if they needed to escape for alone time. The views are amazing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s close to all that the Mount Washington region has to offer. P.A.

Wonderful stay. The house was in a great location and very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Also coffee and shampoo and lotion all there. Easy check out instructions. Appreciated not being left with a list of check out duties. Easy Highly recommend and Would return for a future stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Brian’s house. This is our second time staying there and we definitely want to come again. His house is clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large group. He left nice extras like coffee filters, soaps, shampoo and all kinds of other things that were so helpful to have there. The house is right on the ski trail which made it so easy for our group to access all the mountain trails. We really appreciate the wonderful accommodations!

Great location! Property came exactly as advertised. Justine was super attentive with communication. The chalet is well laid out and easily accommodated our group. Everything was well thought out from the wi-fi, to the kitchen and beyond. When we arrived someone actually had firewood perfectly stacked in the pit so all we had to do was light a match and presto, mountainside camp fire and smores! Nice touch Justine! Can't emphasize enough how great the location is. North Conway and all of the shops and dining that go with it is 5 minutes away and for the outdoorsy there are an abundance of hiking and mountain biking trails equally as close.

Nova’s place is so spacious and peaceful. Everything looked great and was cozy and accommodating. Fall on the lake is amazing!

We stayed at Chris’ place on our trip to see foliage in the area. Chris was always very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and buy groceries. We took our 2 small dogs with us and we loved that Chris’s place was super dog friendly. It was a bit remote but we definitely will return if we are up in the area again because it was so dog friendly.

Thank you Russ! What a beautiful experience. We loved staying at this beautiful home, my husband says we will be back every year. If we were not getting our own “Vacation House” we probably would be back every year. Russ gave very clear and straight forward instructions before check in, at check in, and at checkout. He wasnt picky or over bearing. Just straight forward and let us enjoy! Simplicity at its best. We forgot a few things behind and had to return, Russ answered quickly and made it easy for us to be able to return for our things. Thank you so much, Hosts like you make it an easy and enjoyable stay!!

Carl was a great host and extremely responsive. He helped make the check in/out process extremely easy and was extremely responsive with any questions. There was snow shovels and salt to deal with snow which was helpful. He helped navigate an issue right away and was very generous with offering help even though he was somewhat unavailable. The house was a great location and very clean, and could accommodate a large group easily. The open floor plan for the kitchen/dining room/living room was very nice and we enjoyed the new range for cooking. Carl even helped to make sure we forgot something that we left at the house after contacting us that it was there! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for two weeks in November. Absolutely lovely and a wonderful stay. Loved the personal touches and extra effort. Such a fun guest book too!! Clearly a home that has hosted so many memories. We will miss it!
