Amenities include a gym, basketball, tennis, splash pad, arcade, and playground. Dollar Tree, Walmart, Enterprise Car Rental next door. Walk to restaurants and 2 beaches.

Balcony for viewing waterfront. Viewing area for sunset. No pets allowed. No service animals allowed due to guests' allergies which can cause physical reactions. NO CAMERAS ANYWHERE INSIDE THE CONDO.

Blackwater Bay Mae's Cottage

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)
