I had a great stay at this cosy home! The minimalist decor was beautifully done—simple, modern, and calming, which made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into maintaining both the aesthetics and the functionality of the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place to stay.

Tahlia was a fantastic host—super friendly and quick to respond. The house is dog-friendly, and our Frenchie, Boba, absolutely loved the spacious backyard where she could run around freely. The place had all the amenities we needed, making it easy to whip up quick meals and feel right at home. It's also in a great location, just a short drive from the hot springs. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Mornington!

Andrew’s property was beyond expectations. It’s right up there amongst the best places I’ve stayed. I travelled with a friend. Specifically to do some decent hiking. Both bedrooms were perfect; collapsing into them … post spa bath. The house itself was not only immaculate but the location meant the cars were rarely required. Andrew explains the steep driveway well - although I found backing up was easy. Something to Consider if your car isn’t over loaded with “stuff”. Both of us felt so at ease we had to pry ourselves away. The restaurant Babajis kerala kitchen (5 min walk if that) was one of the best Indian food we have ever eaten. And that is a big statement.

Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

Beautiful house and landscaped gardens, surrounded by farm and grazing cattle. The house inside is very stylish and comfortable with thoughtful pieces of art and furniture, the kitchen well equipped and spacious, perfect for hosting a group. The beds are really comfortable and plenty of space to unpack belongings, including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The location of the property is close to Alexandra, which is a town which seems to have everything you need plus good coffee shops. I’d definitely recommend this place to others coming to the area.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

We had a lovely time at this peaceful getaway. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. Our host was warm and welcoming when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights for our daughter was feeding the cows every evening—she absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed swimming in the river. While we didn’t manage to catch any fish or yabbies, it was still a fun and memorable experience. A great stay overall—we’d definitely come back again!

Eric's place was great and we all enjoyed our stay ! Despite there being an unexpected issue with the hot water system on Day 1, Eric was able to rectify this within a short time. We were also compensated as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay with family or friends 🙂

Jim’s is a lovely place to spend a few days. Great location, comfortable bed and well equipped. Loved the rain head shower and the outlook over the rooftops. Very light and clean with a great vibe. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks Jim!

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

这是一个令人惊叹的房子！ 首先，阳台竟然可以看到墨尔本完美的日出和日落，足不出户，270度绝美景观，以下照片都是我手机实拍，回顾他们仍然觉得不可思议。早上可以看到热气球。夜景也非常壮丽。 非常特别的是，阳台BBQ cannot be better! 夜里看着夜景烤肉&在阳台上吃，简直是最难忘的经历之一，第一次来澳大利亚的6岁的儿子兴奋的对着夜空喊出，I love here! 屋内同样非常整洁有品味，餐具和厨房设施质量极佳。很多艺术的细节。主卧电热毯非常舒适，孩子也非常喜爱儿童房。可以看出Jeff和Melinda一家十分热爱生活，爱这里。 房子的位置极佳，旁边就是气势恢宏的战争纪念馆和皇家植物园，后面是阿尔伯特公园和圣基尔达海滩。最重要的是，楼下就是tram站点，在tram主干道上，可以坐很多很多车，去哪里都十分方便。 3楼的泳池和健身房桑拿房很不错，停车场也很不错。 虽然我们走过许多国家、城市和漂亮的房子，但我仍然对这里叹为观止。难以置信的美景和享受。如果有机会，一定会再回来。 总之，PERFECT！

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

The apartment is well located with many restaurants and amenities very nearby. There is a Coles supermarket within walking distance. The smaller room in the apartment has not windows that open to the outside but a glass window panel looking into the living room. The apartment is bright, neat and clean. However, you have get the keys from a convenience store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Not a big issue just have to find a place to temporary park your car to collect the keys, which can be a little challenging in the middle of Melbourne city. Getting to the building carpark and then to the building is a little confusing but Peter provide good instructions. However, we still find ourselves lost getting out of the carpark because there is no clear signages. Overall we have an nice stay and an enjoyable time in Melbourne.

We had an amazing stay at Lynton’s place! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The river was fantastic, and the neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Lynton was a fantastic host—very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. The detailed information he provided was extremely helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to visit again. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Very happy with our stay at Phillips home in Eildon. Very spacious house for the whole family, great amenities and great part of town. Sitting by the fire pit at night and enjoying the clear night sky was highlight. Would recommend and stay again!

had a lovely stay here as pre-wedding accommodation. place was super clean, awesome gardens for our fur baby, and host was kind to reach out to me when we accidentally left something behind and even offered to post it to us! peaceful place and highly recommend! can't praise this place enough, a hidden gem in Mt. Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Helen's place was just what we needed — somewhere rustic surrounded by bush, but with all the amenities you could hope for, and in a great location with a quick and easy drive into town or the beach. Instructions were clear and all our questions were answered promptly. We'll definitely be back!
