It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Falls Rest - A Wentworth Falls Hideaway

Welcome to Falls Rest, a romantic luxury cabin in Wentworth Falls. We are a short 15-minute walk (or 2 minute drive) into the UNESCO World Heritage Blue Mountains and famous Wentworth Falls. This cosy little spot is located on the back of our beautiful garden property and is the perfect place to slow down and recharge. We have everything you need including a gas log fireplace, 42” smart TV, and claw foot bathtub to soak your troubles away. We welcome you to relax and enjoy!

The Shed on Central - your mountain studio

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Coomassie Studio: the charm of a historic property

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Recycled furniture, large bed, sofa, original fireplace and bathroom with shower cabin. Tiny veranda and a kitchenette, shared patio. NO KITCHEN. To use the fireplace, please BYO timber. Magpie Haven is a north facing independent studio with king size bed, in a separate pod of our architect designed, contemporary home. We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

The Hikers Hut

Our cosy little studio-style 'tiny-house' (cabin) is a tranquil, comfy base for bushwalkers & visitors to relax and refresh while they explore the beautiful Blue Mountains. PLEASE carefully read through all info provided to ensure the Hikers Hut will suit you and check you are booking for the correct number of guests. There is no TV and no Wi Fi Max. 2 guests

The Shed @ Bowral

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
