Long Sands Cottage - Walk to Beach

Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. BYO Linens and Towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Directly on the beach with views of the water on both sides. This 4 bed/2 bath house has a modern feel with lots of windows and natural light. Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.
