Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.

My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
