A lovely spot. Close to everything, but still quiet & peaceful.

Toni's house was absolutely lovely to stay in for the week. It has quite literally everything you need to do whatever you'd like. if you'd like to sit on the couch and watch netflix you can. cook and prepare a meal? yeah the kitchen is well and truly equipped for that. It is also very central to everything, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well. All high quality linen and bath towels and sheets are of high quality too. Will stay again.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and lovely holiday apartment- home away from home. Love the apartment style and verandah to enjoy the lush trees and pools. Will be back.

Really liked the place - although far from city center, the apartment was clean, had gorgeous views, a private jacuzzi and very nice furnishings. Definitely worth the trip. Hosts very easy to communicate with too.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The unit was very clean and tidy 10/10, loved the little extras like biscuits & jams, was very well presented with beautiful decor and comfortable beds, lovely unit to relax and unwind.

Petrea's apartment was a lovely, quiet space in a great location to explore the Atherton Tablelands. It features a comfortable bedroom and bath and spacious living room that was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring all that the Tablelands have to offer (waterfalls, wildlife, rainforest hiking, farm-to-table restaurants). Petrea was very accommodating and provided a welcome hamper of various foods to help us settle in. She greeted us in person to make sure we got in and had everything we needed for the night even though our flight got us there late in the evening. We would definitely stay there again.

The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing stay in Cairns. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. However, the location wasn’t the most convenient if you’re relying on public transport or want to be in the heart of the city. If you have a car, though, it’s a great base for exploring the area. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

The view from the deck was stunning, but head inside and snuggle up on one of the large couches near the fireplace and you can still take in the amazing views. A wonderful place to spend a few lazy days.

Dave and Anna’s place was even better than we imagined—peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything. It struck the perfect balance between feeling remote and being near Yungaburra, trails, and stunning nature. We loved the space and can’t wait to come back. If you get the chance, visit their gem store—it’s full of treasures, just like they are

If you found Wagtail Cottage please don’t hesitate any longer to book! We’ve had an amazing stay during our visit to the Tablelands Region. The house felt warm, cosy and has everything you might need during your stay. It’s spacious and well designed, plus a great location to explore the waterfalls, hiking trails and everything else Tablelands has to offer. Our hosts Katie and Douglas had everything prepared, great and friendly instructions, local recommendations and nice tips! I truly can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer but I would fur sure book the cottage again. Thanks Katie & Douglas for a great contribution to our trip!

Best Air bnb we've ever experienced! Unbelievable location First class equipped kitchen ... Amber has literally thought of everything. All the little touches that make it a home away from home! Firstly the layout of the house has been well thought out and suited our party of two families of all ages. Enough space for everyone to spread out but excellent to all gather on the deck or in the huge living area! We just loved it and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property and host to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay well. This house is located in a quiet area but only around 10 minutes drive to city center and Cairns pier. The 3 bed rooms are very good for us. The huge deck looks very nice in spite we didn’t have time to enjoy barbecue. In spite there was some issue on the first day, but it was solved in a reasonable way, so we enjoyed our following 4 days’ stay very well.

Absolutely amazing stay at this rainforest retreat in the suburbs of Cairns. The space was gorgeous; great attention to design and detail. Showers were super nice and the beds were so comfortable. The outdoor area really has to be seen to be believed: the pool is just the icing on the cake! The rest of the "grounds" are amazing to explore and so beautiful. No complaints at all and I wish we could've stayed longer!

Great house, short walk to the dam. Fantastic activities to keep everyone amused (pool table, ping pong, air hockey, board games, bikes, kayaks).

A fabulous property. Great lounge, modern kitchen, super pool and very comfortable bedrooms. Close into Cairns to drive or Uber. 15 mins from airport. Hosts super responsive and replaced the BBQ with a new one the next day. We had a great week in the house. Highly recommended.
