Nikolaos ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, welcher sehr zuvorkommend ist und sehr schnell auf jegliche Anliegen und Fragen antwortet. Top Unterkunft, top Gastgeber und top Ferien.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

Very nice cozy apartment style home. Amazing view of the water and the neighbouring Greek islands. They were very friendly and had an amazing local bakery near by with some delicious Greek treats. I definitely would come back!

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic week at Sakis’ villa. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was always maintained as well. The sea, with a small, lovely beach, is just around the corner. However, we still recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Sakis was always available with valuable tips, and we enjoyed the service at his restaurant next door, which had great coffee and delicious food. Sakis also rented a boat for us directly, and everything worked out perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful week and will definitely recommend the villa.

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

Het was echt geweldig! Wat een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee, met aan de overkant, zeer in de verte bergen. Echt een plaatje. Grote tuin er bij met verschillende zitplekken, hangmatten en een zweefbed, ligstoelen, etc. Blijft gewoon op je netvlies staan, zo mooi. We hadden 6 dagen gehuurd en zelfs tussendoor kreeg het huis nog een keer volledige schoonmaak, werd het bed verschoond, etc. De host waren zeer vriendelijk en proactief, als we iets nodig hadden als bbq, kwamen ze het ook nog eens brengen. We schrijven zelden een review, maar dit was zo mooi, dat gun je een ander ook.

Es war wunderschön. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het huis van Takis! Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen door Takis en zijn vriendelijke moeder. Wat een gastvrijheid – de koelkast was al gevuld met een welkomstpakket met onder andere eieren, olijfolie, water, wijn, bier en meer. Het huis was brandschoon, mooi ingericht en erg comfortabel. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het privézwembad was echt een hoogtepunt: schoon, rustig en helemaal voor ons alleen – perfect om te ontspannen. Takis was bovendien ontzettend behulpzaam en reageerde snel op al onze vragen. We voelden ons direct thuis en bevelen deze plek zeker aan!

Had an amazing week here, beautiful villa and pool, we enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong table too, despite not playing for many years!. Waking up in the morning, to see the sun rise and just hear 'nature' was truly special, the views from the balconies is amazing, would thoroughly recommend and thank Stathis for all his amazing help. If you want a chilled and relaxing holiday with lovely food highly recommended.

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommend this place, it is exactly like the photos, very stylish and comfortable. A nice walk to the old town with loads of amazing recommendations from the hosts - everywhere we went was incredible. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely be back ☺️

Had excellent stay easy check in and host on hand to answer any questions during the week. Fabulous villa in the heart of Laganas with private pool and lots of outdoor space. Late check out allowed too for 50 euro

Patty and Nikos are the most friendliest and helpful hosts. The Villa goes beyond expectations with décor, furnishings, pool, equipment and comfort. Patty has gone over and above in comfort and cleanliness, she also provides extra like olive oil, spices, washing equipment, kitchen roll, cloths, tea, coffee and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, the list goes on. The Villa is a little gem and is in a very good location for the main strip with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Don't tell everyone though as we want to keep it all to ourselves.

We were a family of 4 staying here at the end of July for 11 nights. We were allowed to check in early and had agreed on a later check out although this has to change due to another booking which was a shame. The villa is lovely and in a very quiet location, all rooms were cleaned and as the photos showed, the fridge was also stocked with a few local produce which was a nice touch. The views were amazing, the pool was very welcomed as it was extremely hot whilst we were there as was the A/C. The only slight negative is the hill which it is on top of, which could be hard work to get back from the beach (10min walk) or main town centre which is more like 15/20 mins away, especially in the heat. There is a set of steps leading down to the beach part way on the hill so this does help but saying that, being on top of the hill you did have amazing views. It wouldn't put me off staying again as you do get use to it and we were all very sad to leave.

Wir waren zu Viert für 10 Tage im Oktober dort. Es war einfach toll, die ruhige Lage, 150 m bis zum Meer, 2 tolle Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar (Porta del Mar und Kipos Restaurant), wer Ruhe liebt wird sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen. Das komfortable Haus ist mit wirklich Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Loukia war problemlos und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch den Kontakt zu einem Bootguide hergestellt, der mit uns eine private Bootstour unternommen hat. Zudem wurde noch alle 3/4 Tage das Haus geputzt, Loukia hat einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht und bei Anreise erwartete uns Obst, Brot, Butter, Honig, Kaffee, Tee und eine Flasche Wein, so dass der erste Hunger gestillt werden konnte. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

La casa di Anastasia ha superato le mie aspettative, davvero favolosa e ben organizzata. La grande terrazza ottimamente arredata ci ha regalato panorami incredibili. Gli interni sono spaziosi e ben organizzati : non manca davvero nulla. Anche il giardino è assolutamente godibile e ben attrezzato per eventuali bbq o semplicemente per godere di lunghi momenti di relax. Da ritornare e consigliare senza alcun dubbio. Leggermente costoso rispetto ad altre opzioni simili anche se posso dire di avere vissuto un fantastico soggiorno in una casa davvero speciale. Andrea

We knew were the location of the property was before booking, right on the beach. The house was furnished how I expected it to be in Greece. Towels and bedding were plentiful and clean. It suited us as a family for a week. Each bedroom had its own Air Conditioning unit so was all able to sleep comfortably at night. Supermarket close by so was able to get supplies easy, Pool bar next door, which is free for anyone to use. Would I stay here again. Yes I definitely would.

Alloggio fantastico nel centro di Zante, tranquillamente per 6 persone, casa con tutto quanto quello che serve, terrazza fantastica. Host super disponibili e disposti ad aiutarti. Consigliatissima.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Zakynthos war wunderbar. Organisatorisch mit der Unterkunft hat hervorragend geklappt. Obwohl wir vom Flug her etwas Verspätung hatten, hat der Gastgeber auf uns gewartet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Gegenüber gibt es eine Taverne und daneben eine Bar. In der gleichen Straße gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, der aber leider während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Etwa 1 Kilometer entfernt liegt der Hausstrand, den wir aber nur bei der Ankunft besucht haben. Unsere Empfehlung ist mit einem Mietwagen die Insel und die schönen verschiedenen Strände/Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vom Haus kann man direkt zum Strand hinunter. Arkoudi ist schön zum Entspannen (nur Schwimmen, essen und Nichtstun und kleine Ausflüge, z.B. zum Castle of Chlemoutsi). Das Meer dort ist sehr flach, aber bei den Bojen (Tiefe ca. 2,5 m) lässt es sich gut Schwimmen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind direkt um die Ecke. Bei Problemen hat der Gastgeber direkt reagiert (wir hatten sonntags einen Stromausfall). Einziger Nachteil, der aber vorher bekannt war, ist die etwas abgelegene Lage (Erreichbarkeit über Landstraßen kostet etwas Zeit).

Tres bel environnement soigné avec ces 4 maisons individuelles. Le tout très bien entretenu. Espaces communs tres agreables tout en gardant son indépendance. Maisons au bord de la mer avec acces direct, et aménagement au bord de l eau. Notre maison était tres confortable, moderne et de bon goût. Espace extérieur privé. Tres belle vue depuis la chambre. Service de menage en milieu de semaine apprécié. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et tres attentif. Quant à Dimitra, notre hôte, elle a été notre guide tout le long du sejour avec beaucoup d attention et de bienveillance. Une tres jolie adresse. Nul doute que nous reviendrons !

Great place to stay, the house was beautiful, clean and had all you need, the garden was also beautiful and enjoyable. The place is a great choice if you want to be near the fun places of laganas, but also to have some privacy and quiet.
