Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt, die Villa ist aufgeteilt in zwei separate Wohnungen, ideal für einen Family and Friends Urlaub.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Heel mooi verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Een buitenterras met buitenkeuken, loungeset, voetbaltafel, gas barbecue, balkon en prachtig schoon zwembad en dat alles voor privégebruik. Alles was perfect schoon en ruim opgezet. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar en erg behulpzaam. We hebben er een paar mooie dagen gehad.

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym domu. Piękne miejsce, stary odnowiony dom, bardzo wygodny dla czterech osób. Bardzo podobały nam się oba tarasy, zadaszone miejsce do grillowania, a także basen. Można się było zrelaksować i odpocząć. Okolica jest piękna: winnice, gaje oliwne, zachęca do wycieczek rowerowych i spacerów. Miejscowość: Fiorini ma bardzo miły klimat, jest cicho i spokojnie. Gospodyni Catarina jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy!.

Ivana und ihr Mann lassen in der Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist so wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt . Ivana betreut ihre gäste schon von dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung an bis zum Abschied. Meine Fragen wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten sehr gut und ausführlich beantwortet. Ivana hat wertvolle Tipps was essen und Unternehmungen angeht. Sie und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Zum Abschied reisen sie extra an und beschenken ihre Gäste. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und fühlten uns sehr wohl .

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Marco und seine Familie waren extrem gastfreundlich. Ausflugsziele wie Porec, Rovinj, Burgen und Höhlen, tolle Restaurants, Strand sind gut innerhalb von 10-20 min zu erreichen. Es war wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgeber!

Goran's place is a beautifully renovated medieval villa, spacious and filled with natural light. It has all modern amenities and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Goran is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As we were arriving on a Monday evening, he sent us restaurant recommendations and other useful information. Motovun is an enchanting medieval fortress town situated atop a hill, surrounded by peaceful green hills. It's a perfect location for exploring the whole of Istria, as driving to any coastal town takes around an hour in the low season. Motovun has fantastic restaurants that serve sublime meals made from locally sourced ingredients, including truffles and asparagus. I highly recommend Goran's villa and Motovun for those seeking a unique experience of the beautiful Istrian peninsula.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 8 Personen in Samos Unterkunft. Diese war wie auf den Bildern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Das Haus war sehr abgelegen, weshalb wir keine Konfrontationen mit Anwohnern befürchten mussten. Die Größe des Pools ist perfekt, um auch darin schwimmen zu können. Samo war ein toller Gastgeber und immer gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen ein Auto für den Aufenthalt, um zum Strand zu kommen und da der Supermarkt im Ort nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl hatte und etwas teurer war. Wir kommen gerne wieder! _________________ We were a group of 8 at Samo's apartement. The House was as expected and described. Everything works. The Location is in a small village near Pula without any neighbours. We were on our own and we enjoyed this freedom. Pool Size was very good not only for chilling. It was possible to swim aswell. Samo is very kind and want to help every time. A car is recommended because the store in the village is very small.

Wunderschönes Haus mit beheiztem Pool. Je nach Außentemperatur zwischen 20 und 24 Grad im Herbst. Im Haus ist alles super sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Kaffee Kapseln und sogar Spülmaschinen Tabs für die ersten Tage sind vorhanden. Auch Handtücher sind ausreichend da. Der Kontakt war super leicht und auf deutsch mit Sanjin. Konnten sogar schon ein bisschen früher ins Haus. Er hatte uns frisches Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau mitgebracht und uns Restaurant Tips gegeben. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Casa semplicemente fantastica, noi eravamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi, i ragazzi hanno dormito sui divani letto nell’immensa sala, noi avevamo le due matrimoniali. Piscina, vasca idro, portico con tavolo. Tutto fantastico. Lavanderia a gettoni a pochi passi. Ci si sposta in macchina ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge tutto! Il proprietario ci ha aspettato e fatto vedere tutta la casa. Che dire, tutto perfetto!!

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Thank you Tanja and Oliver. We look forward to enjoying your hospitality again!

Wir waren Mitte September für eine Woche im Haus von Damir und seiner Familie. Obwohl die Gastgeber oben drüber wohnen, genießt man absolute Privatsphäre und seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten sowie der Pool sind ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Pancakes und Damir stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten leider etwas schlechtes Wetter, aber haben jeden Tag neues Feuerholz für den Kamin von Damir bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv ein Ort zur Entspannung und wir können sie von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

L’ alloggio è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione , spazioso, funzionale e completo di tutto. La piscina è davvero splendida e l’host è sempre disponibile e molto molto cordiale.

Der Kontakt zu Josipa war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Haus war in einem guten Zustand, die Außenanlage hat sehr neu gewirkt. Zweimal pro Woche kam jemand zur Reinigung des Pools. Vor Ort war alles vorhanden und sogar mehr als beschrieben. Das Haus innen ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank an Josipa und ihren Mann für den netten Empfang, die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und somit für den tollen Urlaub :-)

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

Diese Unterkunft ist der Hammer. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Grosszügige Räume, gut klimatisiert, Privatsphäre, bequeme Betten mit angenehmer Bettwäsche, einfach alles sehr stilvoll! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool bietet einige lauschige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch.
