In the apartment you will find a 55 inch 4K Ultra HD TV . You will have fast WIFI connection troughout the apartment.

Spacious 75sqm 1st floor apartment with a big balcony, ideally located on “Eirinis Avenue” which is one of the most central streets of the area of “Pefki” . “Pefki” derives from the natural wealth of the area in the characteristic Mediterranean “Pine” tree in Greek “Pefki”. Due to it's climate "Pefki" used to be a resort for the Athenians who lived in the centre. In the neighbourhood you will find supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacies, Greek bakeries, bank, gas station, Greek taverns etc

Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).

The garage door and the armored door of the house guarantee safety. Electric shutters and double glazing maintain a very good temperature inside the house. Our neighborhood is ideal for walks. Supermarket stores, cafes, drug stores can be reached in a few minutes. Two avenues give immediate access to the National and Attiki road.
