Breathtaking Nature-Rich Pool Villa / Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

Villa Thalia • Floating Heaven

Feel like a god In the footsteps of a Muse... Named after Thalia, the Muse of Comedy and Poetry this villa reflects pure Greek evzoía, a life in full bloom. On top of a hill, Floating Heaven gazes over the endless blue of the Argosaronic Gulf—a breathtaking natural panorama. In this blue-on-blue oasis the infinity pool merges with sea and sky as you dive into the water, Hydra, Spetses, and Dokos feel close enough to touch.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

Studio hideaway view pool free pick up from port

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Mikro Limeri is located high up in the traditional settlement of Poros town overlooking the village and the famous sea passage to Hydra. It is a spacious studio for two with two verandas and a private rock garden. It also offers access to a secluded shared plunge pool.

Superb harbor and sea views, large sun-drenched terraces, shaded garden, and quiet courtyard. The main house is a former Captains home and comes with a fully equipped separate guesthouse, a short walk (~ 7 minutes) to Hydra Town, shops, restaurants, wireless internet, welcome on arrival.

An independent, fully equipped house hosting up to 4, surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden a few steps from a private stone deck. Ten minutes by car from P.Cheli village, the area offers the opportunity to make many excursions, sea sports or just relax on one of its nice beaches.

1620 Historical Stone Manor

Part of a 16th-century palatial complex, this villa hosted Leonard Cohen and Jackie Kennedy-Onassis. The plot is 350m2 and the building sits on two levels, consisting of two independent residences connected internally and rented and one unit.
