A very spacious villa, the pictures do not do it justice, with 3 floors, all have large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on each floor. The view is just amazing from all angles of the villa but especially from the roof terrace watching the sunset come down. You need a car as a remote location. Gerd was so helpful when we booked the villa and spoke to us on a few occasions. Jimmy was really good, he met us at the harbour and took us up to the villa, he gave us lots of good tips of where to visit and where to eat! Also to drink the local wine which comes in plastic bottles only 4 euros for 2litres from the closet supermarket and was really nice white wine! Jimmy was very responsive to our queries etc. The island itself is very beautiful, we stayed in August so was busy around the main harbour, we preferred Perdika for both the harbour and restaurants. We had a great holiday and definitely recommend the villa!

Fabulous villa and lovely friendly host. Fredrika met us at the port and was so friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. The villa was immaculate and very spacious, with beautiful views. The swimming pool is great. The facilities within the villa are great from a full kitchen of equipment to shower gels and even to beach towels. The clean twice during the holiday was a real bonus and lovely to come home to fresh beds and towels. The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the living spaces upstairs. It is just in the bedrooms. Having said this we would definitely stay here again and we had a lovely time. Thank you.

This architectural house has a magnificent view on the sea from all rooms on the three floors as well as the great terrace & the pool. A big garden surrounds it. The interior is nicely furnished with all equipment you need. You need a car to get there. Perdika (harbour with lots of nice restaurants) is about 10 minutes away, Klima beach only a few minutes. We have truly enjoyed our stay!

We have had a wonderful time at this big house with a wonderful veranda & shared swimming pool. The sea is literally in front of it so you can choose where you want to go for a swim. The house is very well equipped. I particularly appreciated the communication with Alexia; she really took well care of us.

**Amazing Stay in Aegina – Felt Like Heaven!"** We had the most incredible stay at Vasso and Demy's modern, spacious villa on the beautiful island of Aegina! The decor was stunning, everything felt fresh and new. The villa was super comfortable, and Vasso and Demy were beyond amazing—friendly, responsive, and so helpful with everything, including arranging taxis. We felt truly at home. There’s a big supermarket nearby with everything you need and some great restaurants close by. The only minor issue was the WiFi, which was slow and didn’t work downstairs, but they had already contacted technicians to resolve it. Overall, the villa was great and the pool and sea access were teriffic, we can’t recommend it enough!

It is a great place to stay on Aegina Island. It is a bit further from the beach (10 minutes walking) and from the village of Perdika (20 minutes), but it has a great view and a peaceful neighborhood instead. With 6 + 1/2 bedrooms and 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms it is a great place for bigger companies or families. When the outside BBQ/grill machine didn't work we got a brand new replacement in one day - really appreciated. The pool is comfortable and has clear water to swim in it. Thank you for the super holiday time - we may come back again.

Jenny was a very welcoming host, very easy to communicate and eager to help you out. The place is great, I'd even say it's better than the photos, peaceful and relaxing vibes, exactly what I was looking for.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre très paisible . Une vue exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit . La maison est très agréable avec 2 parties bien séparées qui préservent l’intimité de chacun . Manos nous a très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons aux familles comme aux groupes d’amis .

We had wonderful stay at Maria`s place. House is beautifully situated in quiet part of the island with a great view from the terrace. Maria was very kind, and also gratious us with home made cake. We had very good communication with Kristina as well. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it was comfortable, spacious, clean and very well equiped. Recommend the place.

Great stay in Salamina! The house was much bigger than it looked in photos. The hosts were always very responsive and very accommodating. House was very clean and had an amazing view of the island. The host only allows you to use a certain amount of electricity and anything above that, will be charged. Make sure to check the meter upon arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kaki Vigla. The house is new, fantastic and very comfortable. Close to a lovely beach and some restaurants and coffee bars. During our stay Mario was also there and always there to help us. We felt very at home with such lovely “neighbours”. The island has its gems. Very friendly people. Lovely beaches. Nice food. Kaki Vigla is very quiet compared to the other side of the island which was fine for us. A car is recommendable but once we found out how the bus system worked, that is also a great option as it has an online (and on time) schedule. Rentacar options on the island available. Great weather so a great destination. We also went for an overnight trip to Athens. Would do it again!

We had a good stay at the apartment. It was clean, well-located, and generally comfortable. Alex was a nice host, although we didn’t get to meet but quick to respond to messages, which we really appreciated. The only minor letdowns were the weekend noise (a bit loud late at night) and the lack of the locally produced items mentioned in the welcome booklet. Still, overall a pleasant experience and a solid choice for a short stay.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das AirBnb ist super sauber und hat alles was es braucht. Vor allem die zwei Klimaanlagen haben uns manchmal richtig den Abend gerettet, wenn wir nach einem langen Strandtag zurück ins AirBnb eingekehrt sind. Der nächste Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten fußweg entfernt und überall gibt es leckere Tavernen. Venetia hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und als wir ihr berichteten, dass ich Geburtstag habe, hatte sie uns eine Torte geschenkt, die wahnsinnig lecker war! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir können das AirBnb sehr empfehlen!

Πεντακαθαρος χωρος, παρα πολύ ανετα στρωματα, πολύ καλη διαρυθμιση, πληρως εξοπλισμενη κουζινα, πολύ προσεγμενο μπαλκονι με φοβερη θεα.

Wir haben die Zeit im House on the Beach sehr genossen. Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt zum Sonnen, Baden oder Angeln. Thanasis war sehr hilfsbereit und wir bekamen gute Tips für den Trip nach Athen bezüglich Park&Ride. Das Apartment war großzügig, sauber und mit einem tollen Ausenbereich zum Essen, Grillen... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A beautiful escape. So thoughtfully designed. It is romantic and also perfect for families. I hope we can come again and stay much longer. What a dream!

Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις περιγραφές και στις φωτογραφίες. Άνετο σπίτι, ήσυχη γειτονιά , είχε μπαντζούρια , οπότε φως που συχνά έχουμε πρόβλημα δεν έμπαινε το πρωι, εύκολο παρκινγκ, οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί, σε ότι πληροφορίες θέλαμε , απαντούσαν άμεσα, όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

Dejligt lille byhus med en god udsigt. I byen er der hvad man skal bruge. De lokale er altid smilende og imødekommende. Det er ikke sidste gang vi skal til Methana

Our family had a beautiful stay at Daphne's place. The house is really beautiful and the sea views are top notch. The hosts are very nice and reachable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. All in all, we highly recommended it and look forward to coming back in the future!   

Very nice house in a nice location ! The owner was very reactive and helpful. A special thanks to Sandy (contact person on site) who helped us out when our rental car died after 2km.. note that the condition of the rental we received in exchange was not really better (a busted jeep Suzuki Jimny with no suspension little breaks, motor alarm on dashboard, …) . A little extra would make the stay even better : beach towels (too expensive with Ryanair) and a larger pan. And if I can dream a little : an (old) surfboard or a little canoe would be super.

Très agréable et efficace du début jusqu’à la fin. L’appartement correspond très bien aux photos et à sa description. Nous sommes ravis de ce beau séjour et recommandons ce logement, malgré quelques éléments usés. La vue est imprenable et la terrasse très agréable ! Merci encore pour votre sympathie
