The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

This cozy apartment is situated on a cliff against a spectacular backdrop of an unbroken breath-taking panoramic Sea view and mountain view opposite to Souda port. Fully renovated (2017) consisting of a queen size bed room, an open plan living space awash with bright natural light connected to a private corner balcony from which you can admire the magnificent Chania sunsets. Walking distance from 3 traditional Taverns, Café, a mini Market. This is the ideal place to relax and explore the Island.

Sea Breeze (ecological villa)

Surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking panoramic view, this solar powered house will not cease to surprise you! Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Giorgos stone house Anemole with mountain view

George's stone house is located in the village of Megala Chorafia in Aptera. On a hill with olive trees and panoramic views of the White Mountains and the Aegean Sea, the balconies offer you a unique sense of peace. In the village one can find 3 taverns, a café and a mini market. The distance from the entrance to the highway to Chania-Heraklion is less than 2 minutes' drive, from the port of Souda is about 5 minutes' drive, from the city of Chania 15 minutes and from the airport 30 minutes.

Chic Country Cottage For Two....

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Welcome at the Panorama Sea View Apartment. As its name suggests, it is an apartment with a panoramic breathtaking sea view of Souda Bay. It is located in a 4-apartment building, which was built by my grandfather with much love and completed by my father and my uncle in the late 1980. It was completely renovated by me, in 2022 with care and very personal work. It is a house ideal for couples who love romance, tranquility and are looking for something special for their holidays.

Moments villa is a detached house which offers privacy, comfort and incredible sea and mountain views, along with a large garden around the house. It is located in nature and trees but also very close to the national road for direct access by car to the national network. The closest house is located 300 meters away, thus offering unique privacy. Near there are popular beaches, this property boasts air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and on-site private parking for guests.
