My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

Comment dire, si vous recherchez la quiétude, le repos, le soleil, une très belle vue sur la mer ,un jacuzzi pour la détente , dans une ville charmante, cette maison cycladique vous charmera comme elle nous a charmé ! Sue est une hôte accueillante, agréable et réactive . On ne peut que recommander ce petit coin de paradis !

If you are looking for a quiet slice of island life you can't do better than staying at Faidon's House. Located in a quiet pocket of Aegina away from the hustle of the port area, Faidon's House is a real treat. Numerous tavernas operated by some true characters are within a short walk as are several beach bars to while away the hours staring out at the beautiful horizon of glistening blue sea and stunning island vistas. Alkis is a superb host, responding immediately to any questions we had during our stay as well as sending over some recommendations for places to visit beforehand.

Un séjour de rêve chez Ilias qui a été aux petits soins pour nous de A à Z : conseils, recherches de location de voiture, réservation d'un taxi de confiance, mise en lien avec une de ses amies qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis le soir, réactivité dans la communication et toujours beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse! La maison est vraiment magnifique, confortable, soigneusement décorée, avec des espaces pour chacun. Ménage parfait, lits tout prêts :) Le quartier, loin de la foule de Plaka, regorge de petites adresses de bars, créateurs, restaurants, à 2 pas du superbe musée d'art moderne et à 15mn à pied de l'Acropole! C'est notre coup de cœur absolu! Et partout l'odeur des orangers... Un immense merci à notre hôte donc, qui n'a pas eu peur d'accueillir dans cet écrin 4 enfants, leur grand mère et leur maman ❤️ Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Super tolles Haus mit schön grossem Frischwasser Pool und direkt am Strand. Ruhige Lage und fast keine Touristen im Oktober. Sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Eine Person (Hr. Gasi) kümmert sich jeden Tag um die Häuser und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man braucht ein Auto, da es in naher Umgebung nichts hat. Insgesamt ein super toller Urlaub an einem wirklich schönen Ort.

We felt welcomed as if we were in our own house looked after our mother. She offered us snack, regular cleaning, made us recommendations about food, beaches, even helped me with private matter. She’s one of the best hosts I had to date since using the app! The place was very clean and very well equipped.

Mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 8) haben wir einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub auf Hydra genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Christianas Eltern waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie waren diskret, freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns mit Wein und Kuchen verwöhnt und sogar regelmässig die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus liegt in Kamini, einen wunderschönen fünfzehnminütigen Fussmarsch bzw. eine fünfminütige Fahrt mit dem Wasser-Taxi von Hydra-Stadt entfernt. Die besten Strände von Hydra sind von Kamini aus besser zu erreichen als von Hydra-Stadt. Ausserdem gibt es in Kamini mit Pirofani Taverna und Taverna Christina zwei sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants und mit kamin Hydra ein sehr sympathisches Café. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt es einen Spielplatz. Da es auf Hydra keine Autos gibt, können sich auch kleinere Kinder vor der Tür frei und gefahrlos bewegen. Vielen Dank an Christiana und ihre Eltern!

Great place in terms of value and proximity to everything in Athens. Exactly as described. Only caveat is that check-in and check-out seems to require someone present, so it does require some coordination. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Aussergewöhnlich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, gepflegtes Anwesen mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Steinhäuschen, unweit von Stadt und Strand. Kletter- und Wanderparadies, atemraubende Umgebung, schmuckes Städtchen. Kulturelle Unternehmungen nach Monemvasia, Mykene, Nafplion möglich. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der schönen und geräumigen Wohnung. Der Blick von dem Balkon ist toll und unser Sohn hatte großen Spaß im Zitronenbaum zu klettern. Dina war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar Eier von ihren Hühner geschenkt.

I stayed in Apri at a beautiful Petro's place , and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences I’ve had. The place has an amazing vibe—peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The house itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was especially worth mentioning—soft, supportive, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun. I woke up every morning refreshed and ready to explore. One of the highlights was the garden. It’s absolutely stunning—lush, green, and carefully maintained, It felt like our own private oasis. And of course, the beachfront location was unbeatable. Just a few steps from the house, the sea was right there—crystal-clear and calm. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee with a view or watching the sunset over the water, it never stopped being magical. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful getaway in Greece.

We loved our stay! The villa has a modern rustic feel to it (beautiful stone work). It’s very spacious and tastefully decorated, with amazing views of the sea and the hills. Even though it’s close to other neighbors, we didn’t hear any noises other than roosters, dogs and donkeys (we think?)! We loved the peace and quiet, the lush courtyard garden with trees, and the beautiful terrace and other outdoor sitting areas. Nancy and Irini were super helpful and friendly, with good tips for grocery stores and beaches. Irini met us at the bottom of the hill when we arrived and guided us to the villa. We’d love to come back for even longer next time!

Περάσαμε 2 νύχτες στο σπίτι του Φιλίππου. Ήμασταν λίγο ατυχείς με τον καιρό και το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν κρατούσε θερμοκρασία παρόλο που το σπίτι είχε θέρμανση. ευτυχώς ο Φίλιππος ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μας έφερε μια σόμπα, με την οποία το δωμάτιο ζεστάθηκε πολύ καλά. οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν άνετοι και η επικοινωνία και η επικοινωνία με τον Φίλιππο εξαιρετική.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή φοβερός χώρος. Δίπλα στο μετρό. Καθαρός και πολύ ωραία εξυπηρέτηση με τον οικοδεσπότη. Και Πάρκιν.

As this is the 71st five star rating, it is already very obvious: This is a fantastic place. If you think about spending nice days on the Peleponnes, think no further and book this if it is available. The view and the rooms are even much nicer in reality then on the pictures. All the rooms have a superb view. This includes the kitchen with a very large window. The window almost feels like a painting. The house is in a very good state and offers you everything you need. The TV even has a Netflix option which was nice for a few times to use. Even though the pool is not heated, it was warm enough for us at the end of October with air temperatures around 22-25 degrees. The house is super quiet even though there is a street nearby. The most you might hear are the little birds in the garden. Again, fantastic place and we would have loved to stay longer if we would have had more time.

Great view and very nice apartment. Easy communication amd highly flexible check-in and check-out. The area is quite and perfect for some relaxing days and doing day-trips to close landmarks.

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.
