Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

In the same area, there are another three "cottages" the same size with the same interior look but all have their own privacy and they can be booked individually. All linen and towels are cottons and supplied by COCOMAT. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, and finally the vanity kit are supplied by APIVITA.
