Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

It is a cosy place and fully equipped with everything you will need. It has no stairs except the access to the roof-garden. There you can enjoy your coffee or your breakfast under the sun. You can also relax in the hammock and enjoy the view of Aiginas clear sky.

Το Καπετανέικο του Ρίζου

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
