We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect, just a short walk to local cafes 360, which had amazing coffe, pastries and pies and a little longer walk to the beach, either rye or St Andrew’s. It was close to shopping centres, and surrounded by fantastic local cafes, pubs and shops. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The spa and sauna were such a treat after long beach days, and we loved having the outdoor BBQ for casual dinners. The collection of board games kept us entertained in the evenings, and the beds and pillows were honestly some of the comfiest we’ve ever experienced,like sleeping on a cloud! The views from the property were absolutely stunning, adding to the peaceful and relaxing vibe. And to top it all off, our host was welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d come back in a heartbeat, highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

We had a lovely stay at Livia's property and will definitely be back. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and peaceful, and Livia couldn't have been more responsive or helpful both before arriving and during our stay.

Mister Finks was the epitome of beach-side relaxation. It's chic is accurately designed to reflect its surroundings. It's level of comfort was great as well, it made us feel at home, but had the charm to remind us we were away from home and to enjoy the time to relax! The place brings together the right qualities that make a great Airbnb. The pool table, though larger than Ive seen before, was a great distraction for those in between moments, and is a great addition to the house. Close to the hot springs, and all of what the peninsula has to offer - I'd happily recommend Mister Finks to anyone wanting to spend a weekend, or longer away on the Peninsula to refresh and relax. I loved everything about my stay at Chelsea's apartment. The communication was clear from the start, the access easy and smooth and the apartment lived up to expectations. I visit Geelong regularly and will be looking forward to more stays. I happily recommend it to any visitors.

Great place to stay! Lovely area and home! We had a wonderful time.

We stayed here while I was attending classes at the university for a few days, and also over the Easter break. The apartment is in a really convenient spot, about five minutes walk from the uni and also within walking distance to the supermarket and main shopping centre. There are also some nice walking paths nearby which we enjoyed exploring. The apartment itself was well set up and felt both spacious and cosy at the same time. The view from the windows was beautiful and added a lovely touch to the stay. The team was fantastic, really responsive and helpful from start to finish, and communication was clear the whole way through, with Nick and the team going above and beyond in some instances. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was quiet throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, a really comfortable and easy place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others coming to the area.

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

Melissa’s condo was the perfect location for our family holiday including 2 children and our Golden Retriever. The home was modern, clean and homely. We were thrilled to find a children’s toy box, kids cutlery, cups, dining wear and outside toys to play with. The courtyard gate opens to an open grass area which was great for the kids to play and dog to toilet. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. Shower head is sensational! The location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to the playground and close to local eateries. We appreciate an AirBnb that is so accommodating for children and pets. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at Kylie’s place. It had everything we needed. Such a peaceful area and friendly neighbours. A short walk to get coffee or dinner at the clubhouse and if you feel like a walk to the beach it was really pleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s beautiful home! We were absolutely blown away by the property and the cleanliness of everything inside! Beds were comfy, cozy and we all slept like babies! Location is perfect and the kids absolutely loved staying here! There was not one thing that was missing that we needed so it felt just like home! Claire was an absolute delight to communicate with and we can’t wait to return!
