It’s on the 3rd floor, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Note: Severe Drought in Midcoast Maine. Must be willing to practice conservative water usage. Less than 400 yards from Pemaquid Beach State Park! Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.
