Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

It is within a short walking distance of the spectacular Caswell and Langland beaches and the charming coastal village of Mumbles with its quaint shops, bars, cafes and galleries. There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.

Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.

It s very close to the stunning Caswell bay, and its sandy beach It is a detached, two bed chalet with a garden The Chalet park is surrounded by woodland and on the edge of a National Trust area. Mumbles is a short drive with lots of great cafes, bars.

Southgate is located on the top of the cliffs leading to the renowned "Three Cliffs Bay" (just a fifteen minute walk).
