This is a unique and spacious apartment that’s located on the second floor of an old flat that’s an 8 minute walk away from Porto Venezia ATM train station. All that is to say, this was a cozy stay that was conveniently located in central Milan. Luca was proactive and very responsive as well! The full kitchen and in suite laundry are a plus! Note: the apartment’s main operable windows face an interior courtyard and a blank wall so it’s not a space that boasts wonderful views of the city. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Квартира замечательная, очень уютная, наполненная приятным ароматом. Лучше, чем на фото. Легкое заселение, за что отдельное спасибо!!!!! Доброжелательная хозяйка. Отдельно хочу отметить разные сценарии света, что очень комфортно. Маленький балкончик, с видом на парк. Красивая парадная. Все есть для приготовления еды, хорошая посуда, мягкие полотенца, приятное постельное белье, тапочки! Спасибо за комфортное пребывание! Удобная доступность, метро рядом, но и пешком до Дуомо 30 минут. Была по работе, почти 2 недели и уют и комфорт очень важен для меня вдали от дома. Еще раз огромное спасибо за все это!

Great apartment, fairly close from the city centre, super clean and comfortable. We used the bed and the sofa bed and both were very comfortable. Eda was very responsive and helpful- we had trouble getting into the building when we got there but Eda replied right away and was easy to get in. Would definitely recommend it :)

Cozy loft in a central location - perfect for your stay in Milan! Super walkable and only minutes to a metro stations, cafes, and everything else in Milan. Jacobo/Tadzio was a great host! Awesome recommendations, made you feel at home and was super responsive. Would love to stay again.

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Άριστη εμπειρία διαμονής. Καλή τοποθεσία για μετακινήσεις κεντρικά, αρκετά ήσυχα ωστόσο για να χαλαρώσει κάποιος στις διακοπές του. Καθαρός και οργανωμένος χώρος, ακριβώς όπως στις περιγραφές και τις φωτογραφίες!

We had a great time staying at Kevin's place. The area was safe and transport was easily accessible. The apartment was pristine and the apartment block was very modern and also felt secure. Kevin's place had everything we needed so felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful little apartment, perfect for a city break, clean and has great transport links. Ekaterina responds quickly and met us at the apartment to make sure we could use the keys and get in and out the apartment block. Would recommend :)

It's a very unique apartment - we felt right at home there. Beautiful balcony, comfy bed, excellent blinds (really helped us to feel well rested). Great location: close to public transportation and grocery store. Rosetta was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth. Great place to stay!

I travel and use Airbnb a lot, but Silvia is by far the best host I have met! She was incredibly helpful, always available for any questions, and made everything easy. The apartment is very close to the metro station and a supermarket, and it also has private parking at a good price. I highly recommend booking this apartment — you won’t regret it! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! La zona è molto bella – vivace e ben collegata. Direi che è più adatta ai giovani, perché la sera può essere un po’ rumorosa, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio per niente. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anche l’arredamento è molto bello e c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la serratura elettronica: davvero comoda, molto meglio di una chiave il telefono si perde molto meno facilmente! Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!
