We had a lovely time at Villa Trace and used it as our base to explore more of the island. Given its location, a car is absolutely necessary especially in the warmer months where it is too hot to be walking in the heat of the day. They also provided a very generous daily breakfast which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms were spacious and we comfortably stayed as a family of 5. My only comment would be that the villa is situated directly next to a busy road (trucks and buses all day and into the evening), which I was not aware of prior to booking. This made relaxing by the pool a little harder with the traffic noise but we still had a fantastic time regardless! Highly recommend if looking for a base to get out and explore.

This is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The views are even better than the photos. Definitely a great place to stay for those who value peace and privacy. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic property with breathtaking views. Waking up every morning and looking out to the eastern side of the island and the Aegean Sea with Naxos right across is priceless. We were concerned that the property did not have AC considering the heat in Greece, but the position of the property on the hill, combined with the island breeze of the Cyclades and the construction of the property- was never an issue. In fact - it felt better. Fantastic amenities for a week long stay for a group of 8. The pool is shared. Never an issue with the other guests. The location is great for those who want privacy and peace with amazing restaurants close by. Naousa is a 5-8 minutes by car with multiple supermarkets and bakeries very close. You will need a car as it is a steep hill and the roads are typical for a village. Beaches are a short drive away. We went to a different one every day with a drive from 8-16 minutes away. Would come back in a heartbeat if available.

L’appartement est relativement bien situé, avec une jolie vue sur la mer et le village à côté est mignon pour se promener. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus à cette saison. La parking est à 2/3min à pied de l’appartement. La décoration est simple et l’appartement est très propre. La cuisine est équipée pour des repas basiques. Dimitris est un hôte disponible et réactif en cas de questions.

This villa was perfect for our stay. The host is very accommodating. Nick who welcomed us, helped us with transportation and other things that we needed during our stay. They were very kind and welcoming to us. The villa itself is beautiful. It was the perfect stay. We look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

We absolutely loved our stay at Anastasio's place! The space was immaculate—super clean, well-organized, and situated in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed, from beach chairs and an umbrella to coffee and water to get us started. Anastasio was incredibly responsive and available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! Amazing job, Anastasio—you truly know how to create a perfect environment for guests. Thank you!

Absolutley Stunning Villa. The pictures dont do it enough justice. Fantastic views. I did not even know there was a steam room! so that was a pleasant surprise. The Hosts communication 10/10, from booking to checkout. They give you great complimentary breakfast . The internet is fast 100MBPS. The place is absolutely clean. So peaceful. All you hear is the sound of the wind. The host even recommended things to do. These guys known how to host, it is not about money, it is their culture to make you feel welcome. The great thing about this place is that it is not in busy Fira. Fira is great but there is really no privacy like you get in Arota Villas in Akrotiri. If you are in Santorini, you will need a car to really enjoy the island, no matter where you stay. Taxis are very expensive on the island and Fira is so tight with space. So being able to have space to park our car rental was a big plus+. Absolutley loved this place and will be back again!. Thank you so much highly recommended!

Unforgettable stay in Santorini. We can’t stop raving about this property & its host, Theodoris. From arranging transportation to personally escorting us to the property & having a porter handle our luggage’s, the service was impeccable. The property exceeded our expectations, matching its photos but surpassing them in person. A warm welcome awaited us, complete w/ a pleasant aroma, refreshments, & snacks. As owner of a local winery, the host offered a bottle of wine & daily housekeeping ensured our stay was seamless. Thodoris’s hospitality knew no bounds- he provided restaurant recommendations & even booked a sailing boat tour for us. The private jacuzzi n BREATHTAKING view of the caldera made our stay truly unforgettable. We’re heartbroken to leave, but we’re taking cherished memories of Santorini w/ us. The view & location were everything we dreamed of. Mahalo, Theodoris for an unparalleled experience.

We stayed 3 nights. Transportation from ferry port to Airbnb was prearranged and provided a simple and early checkin. The Airbnb provided and a very convenient continental breakfast every morning. Airbnb was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the sea. Hot tub was a very nice feature after a long day of hiking and visiting the sites. It is a bit of an uphill walk to the village of Fira.

The location and view of this place is prime. This was a bucket list trip and I’m grateful we picked this place. We really enjoyed our 2 days stay here for my family.

The Alchemy Villa was amazing. Super close to some great restaurants, bakery, shops and bus lines. Not crowded like some of the other towns on Santorini and far enough away from the Cruise ships that it kept it relaxed.. Didn't need a car as we could get to where we wanted with a quick ride on the bus. The town is very walkable and you'll feel right at home. The pool was refreshing, albeit a bit small—but great for a quick dip. Kitchen is well appointed and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The private balconies were a great luxury as well. Great trip and hope to come back again to Megalochori.

Manos was our host, he was kind, generous with his time and care - and checked in on us regularly (never intruding). We loved the house, it felt authentic, spacious and the well appointed. The view was Incredible - seriously this is a view and sunset that is good for your soul. We loved the pool and the proximity by car ( this is essential ) to many of Paros best beaches and restaurants. If you have a big group or kids this is a great house and I'm sure you'll love it.

We had a wonderful stay, the photos do t do it justice. From the initial messages with John, to being welcomed by Toni, to breakfasts by Alex we could not have asked for more as a family. We will definitely be going to this home again and Santorini, it was a really special family time in the most beautiful of settings. We would recommend this to anyone. Having a car was also great to get around the stunning island.

This place is so lovely from the gorgeous views, updated spacious rooms, large decks, beautiful pool overlooking the water, and even a little private hot tub tucked into the hillside. The service is beyond compare. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast on our deck overlooking the water. There was attention to detail in every way. Ruben is such a kind, attentive and helpful young man. We felt like we were leaving a new friend when it was time to check out!

Such a wonderful Airbnb. Everything as described in the listing. They accommodated us with an early check in and late check out. Maria met us to let us in and show us around. She was very helpful and very easy to text and ask questions. The views are stunning, the home is very clean. I recommend this and would stay again.

Alkistis is a wonderful host. We stayed with two families with four kids. It was a wonderful family rental. Pool area was great. Walking distance to a great beach, especially for kids and parents😉! Great location. Nice kitchen. Alkistis son cooked us a traditional Greek dinner which was great as well. Excellent stay.

This property well exceeded our expectations!! It was absolutely stunning, spacious and had everything we needed as a group and more. The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They communicated early to ensure we were prepped for our stay, met us at the port and escorted us to the property (as well as helping us return to the port on checkout with our luggage), the host also gave us a tour of the property on arrival and had even left us with some essentials like water + snacks to get started. They came to tidy up, refresh towels and collect garbage halfway through the stay. The house itself is just absolutely stunning & the view is to die for. We all agreed this was the best Air Bnb experience we've ever had. Can't recommend it enough!

Simply put “Perfect in absolutely every way !!!”. If you are going to Paros this is the place to stay, your own private villa with beautiful private pool. From the time we arrived at the Port, Vasiliki met us and made us feel at home. We followed her from the Port to the villa( better than pictured), at the villa she gave us a tour and provided excellent recommendations for everything ( beaches, restaurants, sites and more). The fridge was full water and drinks along with meats, cheese and snacks ( so nice). Vasiliki was an AMAZING HOST and I can’t say enough about how she made our time in Paros memorable! 10/10, a must stay in Paros! Greg

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Naxos! The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved spending time in the yard and by the pool—it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She made check-in seamless and was very flexible with us, which we really appreciated. The property is located about 15 minutes outside of Naxos town, so a rental car is definitely a must. It gave us the freedom to explore the island easily, and the peaceful setting was well worth the short drive. One thing to note is that the third bedroom is more like an enclosed patio. It worked perfectly for our group, but it may not be ideal for everyone depending on your needs. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

We are a family of four with two small children and we had a wonderul stay here - the villa was perfect for us with lots of space. It is impeccably clean and we really appreciated the daily service. The pool is lovely and would be refreshing on a hot day. The location is very convenient for the beach and for choice of restaurants/ bars. We ate in Perivolos (Savvas Popeye was amazing) and Perissa which is less than 5 minutes by car or 20-minute walk along the beachfront. I also got out for some pretty incredible running in the mornings; it’s a great base for exploring the island that way if you’re into hiking or running. It’s also really nice to stay in the quieter South side of the island and visit the more ‘popular’ places for day trips. We loved coming back here in the evening. For anyone travelling with young children, there is a playground opposite the villa which we found great. Thank you, Athanasios, for the great recommendations and warm welcome!

The villa was lovely especially having a private pool. The living and balcony areas were great for our group. A downside is that the villa is isolated especially walking to restaurants and the top floor bathroom is very difficult for elderly people. Other than that we loved it and the lady who came to clean was fantastic.

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar. Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed. Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk. Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!
