Perfect beach base for Gather Round! We had a fantastic stay at The Palmetto Beach House in Semaphore during Gather Round in Adelaide. Evana was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was perfect for our group of 7—spacious, clean, and really well set up. Great location too—just a short stroll to the beach and local cafes, and only a 20-minute drive into the city. It was the ideal base for a fun and relaxing weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Michelle is an amazing host, the apartment is immaculate and everything you could wish for is provided, and the beds are so comfortable! Michelle was very helpful with information about things to do in Adelaide and how to use the public transport, and always quick to respond to any queries we had. Michelle gave us a great tour of the apartment and the building amenities, we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

We love staying in Semaphore and love staying here. We feel at home here and so easy to go out to the supermarket in your pyjamas as it’s just nearly next door. It’s in a big block but the block is quiet. Sorry we ate all the Minties.

The apartment on Grote St was amazing. It had everything you would want and more in a home away from home. The location was perfect for Gather Round. Walking distance to Adelaide Oval but far enough away to escape from the crowds. We look forward to staying with you again.

We had a great stay. Janet and Marcus’s unit was an excellent location, close to everything and was exactly as described. Their instructions to get in were spot on and easy to follow. We would highly recommend Janet and Marcus and their unit to anyone.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Perfect for two families with toddlers. The swimming pool was brilliant and handy having the gym downstairs. Brilliant location with excellent cafes and an amazing food market right on the doorstep Beikun was a very responsive and helpful host. We'd stay here again if ever in Adelaide.

This was such a beautiful location, vibe and overall energy of the house. The photos don't do it justice, absolutely beautiful and perfect for biggers groups of multiple families on vacay, would absolutely come back!

A really bright, light modern apartment. Lovely views and walking distance to everything I came to Adelaide to see: SA Museum, Art Gallery of SA and the Botanical Gardens. Rundle Mall and the Adelaide Arcade were just around the corner. Yanning, the co-host, was very amenable and let me leave my bags earlier than check in and later than check out.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at west beach. Lots of lovely morning coffees on the outside patio watching the birds, and lazy afternoons spent cooling off between the pool and the comfy oversized lounge. Had everything we needed for our summer retreat.

The host was extremely friendly, very good communication with transport to the property. The property has a large garden back and front with a swimming pool. Great location. Coles and Aldi 7 mins walk, big shopping mall 12 mins on bus and express bus 35 mins to CBD. Highly recommended.
