The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Great location for family/friends, short walking distance to the beautiful beaches the Southern end of the Gold Coast has to offer.Please note there are two small hills. Coolangatta has a variety of shopping options, restaurants and cafes. Children are welcome in our Home away from Home. The apartment is fully self contained with a large undercover balcony. This area is fenced and gaited making it a safe area for children. We have available for use free of charge a 9 foot beginners [foamy] Mal.

We are SO close to The beach, the airport, parks, the city centre. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Across the street is the Community Cultural centre with the famous Kirra Hill look out/bbq area, & yoga classes etc. We also have SMART TV & a Garage space for 1 car :) .
