Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Very nice place with all the amenities. Coffee and water in the fridge.

We only stayed for a day, so we didn’t have to wake up early and travel from Athens to Lavrio before our ferry took off. Lefteris and their family took great care of us, even showing us where to find the keys and helping us with the door (I was pushing the door when it was a pull haha). Checkin and checkout was super smooth and the house was very nice and had room to sleep many!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und helfen wo es geht. Kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke!

The View is everything in this rental ! I mean it ! incredible ! we had a great stay, the house is confortable and beautiful.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, άρτια εξοπλισμένος με ολα ταπαραιτητα ενός νοικοκυριού!!Προσεγμένα όλα!! Εξυπηρετικότατοι οι ιδιοκτήτες, διακριτικοί και ιδιαίτερα πρόθυμοι σε τυχόν απορίες μας!! Ένας πεντακάθαρος, ήσυχος χώρος πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και συνάμα απόκεντρος!!Για ανθρώπους που εκτιμούν το όμορφο το καθαρό και το προσεγμένο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή!!

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

Staying with Nikos and Dimitra was a real pleasure! Their place is really nice- Everything was very clean and taken care of. The apartment has a nice size for two people and the location of the house is perfect! It is only a few minutes away from the sea and we could very easily go swimming! Nikos and Dimitra were very kind and helpful! They helped us with getting around and getting a local taxi to our next travel stop. We had a great couple of days in Porto Rafti staying at the apartment! I can only recommend their place to anyone visiting the area!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sophia was the nicest host! She was super friendly and helpful and supportive from the very beginning. Answering immediately even to a very late call. There’s an office so check-in is super easy! Without all these long instructions and quests 😄 Sophia also helped with a transfer and other stuff. As we were waiting for a ferry - location next to the port is crucial

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s place! She was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help. The house itself was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! It was within walking distance of the sea, a children’s playground, and several cozy taverns. There were also plenty of food delivery options, making dining super convenient. Porto Rafti offers a great selection of delicious seaside restaurants and charming sweet shops. For those visiting with children, Attica Zoological Park, Kouvara Riding Club, and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall are must-visit attractions. Additionally, large supermarkets, gyms, and beauty and massage studios are just a short drive away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

This home was fantastic! My family of four, including our 4-year-old and 1-year-old, loved every moment of our stay. It felt like our own private retreat nestled in the mountains with stunning ocean views. The hot tub was a highlight, especially on chilly days, and the gated property made us feel safe and secure. The kids had a blast playing with the provided children’s toys. The beach was just a quick 3-minute drive downhill, which we enjoyed frequently. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and our host was incredibly responsive, quickly resolving any questions or minor issues (like when I accidentally locked myself out of the house!). The home offered peace and privacy, making our 2-week vacation truly relaxing and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Demi et Angie nous ont accepté pour une seule et courte nuit. Nous avons reçu de leur part, la veille de notre arrivée, une liste de bonnes adresses à proximité. Tous nos messages ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'appartement était fort joliment aménagé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

Ottimo appartamento, pulito ed ampio. Unica pecca la mancanza della lavatrice. Ottimo impianto centralizzato di condizionamento, un po complesso da gestire. Il posizionamento dello split in una delle camere non è ottimale per il comfort. Una delle camere non ha oscuranti. Migliorabile la dotazione di pentole e coltelli. Nel complesso comunque l'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, soddisfa appieno. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.

The apartment was spotless with an amazing view. Incredibly well equipped with everything you could use (kitchen and bathroom essentials). The attention to detail making the space functional and accommodating was truly appreciated. On top of that, hostess was very kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended, would definitely book again.
