Nice place, a lot of space. The bedrooms at the back of the building so away from the street. The beds were great so we slept very well. Only the doors of the balcony on the back side were a bit hard to close, they need some adjustment. But if I would be looking for a place in this area of Athens with 2 bedrooms again I would definitely book again.

Effie’s place was an amazing airbnb experience! The place was as described, and Effie and her husband made sure they made our stay even more comfortable and easy, providing all we needed for our 2 year old son (cotbed with proper mattress, highchair etc).. The place was very close to the beach and also to Aígio which was great for everyday strolls and supplies; the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed (fully equipped kitchen- bathroom, good quality linen and towels, netflix etc) and nicely decorated. They were both great hosts and cared for our needs fully and went the extra mile even when we decided to extend our stay in order to provide us what we needed. Effie was very quick to respond in our communication and even though we booked the place last minute she organised everything very quickly; excellent host- superhost. I would definitely recommend Effie’s place for a very pleasant and easy going stay.

Ηταν ολα υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο ηταν άνετο, πληρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Η κουζινα ηταν οργανωμένη με ολα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να μαγειρέψεις. Πολυ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες που μας υποδέχθηκαν με το χαμογελο και νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Θα ξαναπαμε σιγουρα οταν επισκεφθούμε παλι τη Αρχαια Επίδαυρο.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Sie ist so schön wie auf den Bildern und auch die Aussicht auf die Akropolis. Peter hat uns ein Taxi organisiert und immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen.

Ο γιός μου Δημήτρης με τους φίλους του που φιλοξενήθηκαν στο διαμέρισμα του Βασίλη έμειναν ενθουσιασμένοι! Ωραίο και βολικό σπίτι. Πεντακάθαρο! Απο την λίγη επικοινωνία που είχα με τον Βασίλη, μου ανέδειξε την ευγένεια και φιλικότητά του. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα γίνει το κατάλυμά μας στην Αθήνα. Συνιστώ τον χώρο του στους υποψήφιους επισκέπτες της πρωτεύουσας.

Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Η κυρια κωνσταντινα ηταν πολυ φιλικη με εμας και πολυ επικοινωνιακη. Ο χωρος ειναι εξαιρετικος για την βεραντα δεν υπαρχουν λογια εξαιρετικη. Το κεντρο 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Οποτε ξαναερθουμε πατρα σε εσας θα ερθουμε κατευθειαν διχως δευτερη σκεψη ευχαριστουμε για ολα.

Great place and beautiful setting. Quite many steps up to the house but worth it! And good exercise… Beautiful terrace!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή τοποθεσίας διαμονής,τόσο μακρυά ώστε να έχει ησυχία και τόσο κοντά ώστε να μην είναι πρόβλημα η μετάβαση στο Λουτρακι, η Μαρία φιλικοτατη και κατατοπιστική.Απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές στην περιοχή.

Everything about the house is magical. We loved the old architecture, the location, proximity to swimming, everything. You need to know that it's quite an upward journey from the port, so be ready to climb about 300 steps in total to get to the house. The good thing is that there are mules available to take your bags and you can take your time on the cute walk up. There is a nice mini supermarket about 8 minutes walking from the house, excellent restaurants and swimming only 5 minutes away. The views are breathtaking. We absolutely loved it and area already excited about coming back next year!

Le logement proposé par Irène est merveilleux : très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au port et au centre ville, il se trouve dans une magnifique demeure en pierre, avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la ville et la mer. La décoration à l’intérieur est superbe, très soignée et conforme aux photos, cela m’a un peu fait penser à la « ferme africaine » de Karen Blixen… Tout y est très confortable et de grande qualité. Le seul point à avoir en tête est que le matelas de la mezzanine est assez petit et que le canapé du salon n’est pas un convertible (on peut y dormir en cas de nécessité mais ce n’est pas aussi confortable qu’un vrai lit). Aussi je recommande de ne pas dépasser 4 personnes maximum dans le logement ; quant au lit-mezzanine, je le recommande soit pour une seule personne, soit pour 2 enfants relativement jeunes et peu encombrants (pas 2 ados comme moi…), mais pas trop petits non plus car l’escalier qui conduit à la mezzanine est raide. Sinon, Irene est une hôtesse très attentive, accueillante et agréable, la rencontrer fait partie du plaisir ! Je recommande ce logement.

This is a great place to explore Aegina from being only 10 minutes drive to Aegina Town. There are fabulous views from the balcony right across the Saronic Gulf. Micheal the host lives on site so is always available to help you explore the Island. He provides a shade parking in place for your car. The are several small beaches within 5 minutes drive and larger ones within 15 minutes drive.

Σας ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι κυριολεκτικά καινούργια. Όλα εξαιρετικά οργανωμένα και πεντακάθαρα. Και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με την πισίνα επίσης. Θα επιστρέψουμε οπωσδήποτε.

We booked this place a little further than the actual place we wanted to visit but it was definitely worth the distance because of the nice view and better accommodations. Definitely will recommend and visit another time.

Very nice and spacious. Wonderful and friendly host. A bit under equipped at our stay, but was informed that some furniture and equipment is still on the way. Everything is clean. Some equipment outdated.

Επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για τη διαμονή μου στη συγκεκριμενη περιοχή και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Η Δήμητρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και επικοινωνιακή και με κατεύθυνε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο για την εγκατάστασή μου στο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και έχει τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μια άνετη διαμονή. Επίσης πολύ καθαρό. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι διαθέτει πολύ γρήγορο internet και γραφείο που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για εργασία. Τέλος, βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα της Αθήνας και υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος του κέντρου (Σύνταγμα, Ακρόπολη, Πλάκα κτλ). Το συστήνω.

This place was so good we canceled part of our trip in downtown to stay here again! The place is in a great location and is very well set up! The first time through, the previous guest caused a maintenance issue but the host provided a last minute alternative which was great! Host was fantastic and super friendly and easy to work with! Of all the AirBnBs we stayed at on this trip to Greece, this was by far the best! Highly recommend it!

the best apartment we stayed ever. all the amenities are top level. many towles and linen. the location is just a few minutes walk from all the Psiry bars but still far anough to be quiet.Athanasia was very helpful and answer immiedately. she was also initiate connection to verify we are satisfy. perfect apartment for 2 digital nomads or family with small children.

Spiros was a very nice host. Very easy communication, a very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful Terrasse. I can highly recommend to book his Airbnb and spend some days in Athen :)

L'accueil a été facile. Le logement est clair et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Un très bon rapport qualité. prix à 30mn du centre historique. Le quartier est paisible et très sécurisé même pour une femme seule. Merci aux hôtes !

The apartment has been visibly recently renovated and is perfect in every detail. The private parking is fantastic if you arrive by car and want to leave it parked for your stay. We loved the place and the surroundings and it's just a short walk from the city center (Agorà, Acropolis...). Zoe and Andreas were helpful and friendly and we loved our stay. Absolutely recommended.
