The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with great amenities nearby and easy access to public transportation. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

Burak bey kapıda karşıladı ve öncesinde de tüm sorularıma anında cevap verdi. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Temizlenmişti ve günlük ihtiyaçlara uygun temiz malzemeler mevcuttu. Konum olarak rahatlıkla Marmara’ya vesaire ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. İhtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz her şey çevrede bulunuyor. Giriş çıkış konusunda da Burak bey yardımcı oluyor. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza con quest’appartamento. L’host molto disponibile e sempre presente sopratutto nei trasferimenti aereoporto - casa, ci ha aiutato anche nei momenti di difficoltà. L'host si è alzato alle 3:30 di mattino per salutarci e assicurarsi che arrivasse il trasporto. L’appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e vicino al centro. A seguito della nostra esperienza consigliamo fortemente.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient, with small shops nearby for daily essentials. One of the highlights was seeing so many cats around, which added to the charm of the area. The house itself is beautifully designed across four floors, and everything feels new and well-kept. While the location is a bit hilly, it wasn’t an issue for us since we rent a car. However, it might be slightly challenging for elderly guests with mobility concerns. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul. Tüm binayı kullanabiliyorsunuz. Geniş bir bina. Denizin hemen dibinde. Bina içi merdivenler dik olduğu için küçük çocuk ve yaşlılar için üst katlar uygun olmayabilir. Orta katta vantilator olsa iyi olurdu. Plaj kısmen yosunlu. Deniz tabanı kumlu ve temiz. Sahil yerine sadece iskele ile giriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Keşke iznimiz olsaydı daha uzun kalabilseydik.

Die Lage des Airbnbs ist toll, weil man von dort sehr gut ganz Istanbul erkunden kann. Faith selbst ist jedoch ein eher älterer Ortsteil. Das Airbnb hat alles was man braucht, aber es könnte etwas besser gewartet werden. Im Badezimmer befindet sich etwas Schimmel. Schön wäre es auch, wenn es mehr Kopfkissen gäbe. Alles in allem aber top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
