I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which no photo does justice to just how stunning the view of the water is from not one but two decks. A two minute walk to wonderful shopping outlets, cafe’s, dog parks, gyms, salons, everything you need. The host is highly responsive, fair and accommodating. The quiet leafy neighbourhood filled with frangipani’s next to the water is beautiful, with a private area to have a sunny cool spa outdoors or a warm spa of an evening. The bbq placed right where you can see the water is a lovely touch for cooking outdoors with a view. I had everything I needed the moment I arrived which makes life so much easier. I can’t thank the host enough for my stay. This place is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at james’s home. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has no park spots. A parking pass from the council is fairly easy. But it can be hard to find a spot in the street. The house was presented neat and as pictured. Any issues are quickly fixed by contacting james. All bedrooms had air con, there were fans in the lounge area. Kitchen was well equipped. We did find the master bedroom bed to be hard and uncomfortable. The other beds seem to be ok. It easily fits a family of 6 with the option of a fold out couch for more people. Overall a great house in a great location i would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful stay! Super homey and spotlessly clean, plus just a few minutes walk to a really nice beach!! A great location away from the city bustle of Sydney, but close enough to visit to see the attractions and shop. Linda was very accommodating and communicative. We had a small issue with the fridge (not to the fault of the host) and her and her husband were very attentive, responsive and willing to remedy the situation. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, peaceful beach getaway with some tourist visits to Sydney sprinkled in!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s house in Bondi. The location was so great and close to everything. The house was super clean and Tammy responded so quickly whenever we had any questions. The house has a ton of fans so no AC wasn’t a problem! We would definitely come back if we are ever in Sydney again!

Miles’s place in Tamarama has amazing views. The property is right at the oceanfront and it was so good to wake up to the amazing views. Miles was very proactive in communicating with us with clear instructions. Just a note that the people on the ground floor play fairly loud music on weekends so we couldn’t sleep till late on weekends. It was all ok during weekdays, no issues at all. Overall very happy with the place and will definitely stay again during weekdays and would recommend to anyone looking at amazing oceanfront property.

Great location. Clear instructions for access. Hosts very helpful, easy to contact and quick to respond. Accommodation very clean. Kitchen well equipped. All necessary appliances. Definitely recommend to others.

Excellent location, close to Darling Harbour and the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants. With easy access to the light rail, buses and trains. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has stunning views across the city. Tommy was an amazing host and any enquiries we had were quickly answered with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend 🤩

Gorgeous compact apartment but feels so much more spacious with the outdoor terrace looking out onto the beach. Would be happy to stay again!

Dom’s place was great! He let us check in early after coming in from a 16 hour flight. In addition, our family is gluten free and he had gluten free snacks waiting for us upon check in!

My family really enjoyed our stay. We felt at home away from home. The house is perfectly located, with amazing views. it is very spacious and allows sufficient privacy for large group. The hosts Milan and Kitty were very accommodating and always replied quickly to all our queries. We would love to come back again in the future.

Great location and place for our short stay in Sydney! Had amenities to stay longer but we only had a couple days. Plenty of places to eat and short straight walk to the beach!

Craig’s apartment is a beautifully refurbished space in an older style building. It is tastefully fitted out and very comfortable and has the most wonderful view of the harbour to the Heads. Craig was always quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Balmoral is a fun and peaceful place to stay in Sydney, it feels like being on holiday every day. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Such a fabulous location 10 mins from beach with outstanding local information and helpful hosts. Seadreams is a comfortable studio plus bathroom adjoining the hosts’ house. It has a delightful beach vibe in its decorations and a pleasant separate outside area .

We had a nice stay at this ocean view property. Rare to have daily maid service at an airbnb, but it was a nice option. Good value for the view and location compared to other options. Might be just me but I found the front door keypad to be a little finicky (and initially a bit of user error) but workable once we learned the system. Vickie was responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay again.

Marina’s place is excellent if you want to spend some time close to a Sydney beach. There are some nice restaurants close by and the apartment has a great outdoor area to sit and relax.

It was an amazing experience staying at Guy’s place. My family and I enjoyed the house and its surroundings. Just few minutes walking distance from the beach. I would recommend to stay here!
