Very quite apartments 5-7 minutes walking from big beach (you can rent beach beds from Beach Club or use your own ones - if you rent, book for week-ends in advance as a lot of people coming). 3 bedrooms and kitchen/hall provides enough space for 6 adults + small child. Owner is very approachable and ready to help. It is advised to ensure that you have car to go to supermarket: nearest one is appox 3km away, big one 15km away. There is a bakery and mini market with essentials 15-20 mins walking but choice is limited there. Overal we liked apartments and reccomend them.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

wir haben uns von anfang an wohl gefühlt in der unterkunft. sehr schöne lage. gut ausgerüstete küche. direkt zur unterkunft zu fahren war nicht möglich, man muss ca. 100m über den strand laufen. das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. danke sofia, babis und eleni

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με το σπίτι. Ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που περιμέναμε. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με πολύ προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη, και με δική μας είσοδο για το αυτοκίνητο για να μην ενοχλούμε και να μην μας ενοχλούν οι άλλοι επισκέπτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης απάντησε σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις και απορίες μας άμεσα και με σαφήνεια. Συνολικά μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Εξαιρετικος χώρος σε καταπληκτικό σημείο της πλατανας με ανεπανάληπτη θέα! Το σπιτι ευρυχωρο, με καταπληκτική διαρρύθμιση τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια! Ο χωρος της σαλονοκουζινας εξαιρετικός! Με παράθυρα προς όλες τις πλευρές να μην χάνεις ουτε εκατοστό απο την υπέροχη θέα της θάλασσας μπροστά μας! Κι ο Αντώνης καταπληκτικος οικοδεσπότης! Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο! Σε ευχαριστουμε πολυ! Με τέτοια υπέροχη διανομή το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα επιστρέψουμε πολυ σύντομα!!!!
