La casa di Konstantina è in un luogo stupendo, immerso nella natura e molto silenzioso. Siamo stati con il nostro bimbo piccolo e lo spazio fuori è stato perfetto per noi, privato e confortevole. La casa ha tutto ciò che occorre, è molto pulita e Konstantina è stata disponibile per aiutarci in tutte le nostre richieste. Aveva anche un lettino a disposizione per il bimbo. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno, ritengo però che l’appartamento sia eccessivamente arredato con pezzi di recupero. Sarebbe inoltre necessario cambiare il doccino della doccia, e riparare le porte non funzionanti.

Prachtige plek op een fantastisch eiland. Je loopt de trap af en neemt een duik in de zee. Heel veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt en een heel mooi dorpje op een kwartier lopen, waar ook van alles te doen is. Alle ingrediënten voor een top vakantie !

Nous sommes déjà venus l'année dernière, Cette fois-ci, nous sommes revenus avec un couple d'amis pour leur faire découvrir cette belle île. Nous avons été comme la dernière fois très bien accueillis par Nikos et sa famille, ils sont très réactifs si besoin et très gentils et serviables, ils ont le restaurant qui surplombe la plage juste çà côté, les plats sont très simples mais très bons. Ce qui nous plait c'est qu'il n'y a presque pas de touristes, c'est assez sauvage, ce n'est pas compliqué de trouver une plage déserte, il ne faut pas avoir peur de prendre des chemins de terre et de cailloux, ça monte et ça descend, une voiture 4x4 est recommandée (que nous avons loué chez Leon Car à kéa). La météo était parfaite, que du soleil avec une mer chaude. Nous avons entre autre visité les ruines de Carthaea (5km aller-retour à pied uniquement) chemin de dalle de pierre en escalier, la remontée est assez physique mais c'est très beau. Nous avons même fait de la plongée à 2km seulement de la maison (plage de l'hôtel d'à côté). Louilis est un village sans voiture, qui prend vie à partir de 18h (ouverture des boutiques et restaurants), avec que des escaliers, on monte, on descend, ça fait du sport, magnifique. Repos total dans la maison d'Elly, aucun bruit, juste celui des vagues avec une vue à 180° sur la mer et l'horizon, on a l'impression d'être seuls au monde. La maison à une ambiance de maison de pêcheur, ce n'est pas le luxe d'un palace mais c'est très authentique, très simple, juste fonctionnel. Appartamento molto carino, però abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo perché abbiamo usato l‘ indirizzo indicato nell’ annuncio Airbnb, dove il numero civico sembra sbagliato. Ci siamo accorti solo dopo che l’host ci aveva mandato alla fine del suo messaggio un link con la posizione esatta…Come già detto, appartamento molto bello, moderno e spazioso. L’ unica cosa da migliorare sarebbe la tenda da sole che è fissata in posizione estesa ostruendo la vista del mare e non può essere ritirata la sera.

Hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Besitzerin, die uns wertvolle Tipps gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Close to great restaurants. Very welcoming host.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, da man den Strand quasi vor der Haustüre hat (wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort, weshalb die Strände gut besucht waren, aber man kann immer einen schönen Platz finden). Wir durften Strandstühle und Strandtücher aus der Unterkunft verwenden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das kleine Doppelbett ist für uns wirklich klein in der Länge und besteht aus zwei Matratzen. Für uns (1,90m) hat es gerade gereicht. Maria hat uns äußerst nett empfangen, alles erklärt und uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, vielen Dank! Die Supermärkte sind mit dem Bus ganz gut erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es eine Stellplatz für ein Mietauto.

Maria’s place was fantastic. This small home was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect escape on Aegina. It is set in the back of a much larger property. The hosts live on the property but we felt complete privacy. There are many trees and the sound of the cicadas was very relaxing. The small private pool is the perfect size. Beautifully lit up at night, we were able to barbecue and cook in the kitchen for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. The house was stocked with clean towels for bathing, swimming and even offered robes. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend having some means of transportation because it is just slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again. One of our favorite Airbnbs for sure!

We waren onder de indruk van de smaakvolle inrichting. Alles is aanwezig , ook als je eens niet op restaurant wil. De host is vriendelijk en geeft tips over wat je kan doen en welke horende moeite waard is.

My wife and I really enjoyed this house. Maria, our host, was an awesome host. She picked us up from the ferry and took us to the house. She provided restaurant suggestions and things to do on Kea Island. The house was clean, comfortable, and the views were incredible. You will need a car to get around here. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Christmas trip to Skyros was unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding accommodation at “Alexandros.” If you’re planning to visit Skyros, staying at Alexandros is a must. The owner treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Neil’s and Alexandros’ dishes were truly exceptional, adding a unique touch to our experience. We’re already planning to return this summer to enjoy the wonderful traditional activities they organize for their guests.

Μικρός, όμορφος και τακτοποιημένος χώρος. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή, και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μοναδικό μείον για μένα ήταν υο μπάνιο το οποίο ηταν λίγο πιο μικρό απ ότι θα ήθελα.

Ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά. Άνεση για νεογέννητο και εξαιρετική πισίνα με ναυαγοσώστη για μεγαλύτερο παιδί ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η παραλία του Ξυλοκάστρου στα 5 λεπτα με τα πόδια και όλα τα εστιατόρια και καφέ της κεντρικής παραλίας για βόλτα δίπλα στην έξοδο του σπιτιού, αλλά με πλήρη ιδιωτικότητα λόγω του μεγάλου κήπου με την πισίνα. Οι ένοικοι των διπλανών διαμερισμάτων φιλικοί και διακριτικοι. Το σπίτι άρτια εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό με ωραία βεράντα. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Only 3 minutes drive to the city center. Easy to park just outside of the apartment and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend

Ο κος Χρήστος ήταν απίστευτα φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσεις σε ερωτήσεις και να μας δώσει προτάσεις για την περιοχή ! Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος και φροντισμένος μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια .

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πεντακάθαρος και εύκολα προσβάσιμος ! Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλαχτα !

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is new and very clean. There is a helpful housekeeper on property. It is in a great location near pretty beaches

What a beautifully renovated apartment with everything we needed. The most comprehensively equipped kitchen we’ve found amongst all of our rentals in Pelion, fresh fruit provided from their garden, home made cherries in syrup for breakfast, very comfortable bed, full length sofas to lounge on, gorgeous metal and wood drum like coffee tables, washing machine, brilliant aircon, a wonderful terrace… and the absolute icing on the cake was John’s mum who bought us homemade warm donuts with honey and cinnamon on the first morning and homemade filo pastries filled with feta and peppers on the next. I did ask if she could come and live with us, but I think we’ll have to settle on seeing this lovely family when we next book into their apartment.

Such a beautiful home! the views were incredible and just like the photos. Costis was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. The local kitties were a huge bonus for us as cat lovers. One momma cat brought us her newborn kittens the day we arrived which was an absolute blessing. If you're looking for a cottage vibe with a killer view and cute little cats to greet you for morning coffee on the patio, this air bnb is the place for you!

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο του κ. Κυριάκου ήταν πραγματικά μια μοναδική εμπειρία! Οι οικοδεσπότες μας ήταν ευγενεστατοι πάντα και με ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον ώστε οι διακοπές μας να είναι ξεχωριστές! Το σπίτι είναι πραγματικά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και φροντισμένο έως και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, με μια υπέροχη αυλή με απεριόριστη θέα! Ο κύριος Κυριάκος μας φρόντιζε καθημερινά δίνοντας μας φρέσκα λαχανικά από τον κήπο του, ενώ μας πρόσφερε και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί κατά την άφιξη μας!Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναβρεθουμε σε αυτό το χώρο πού πραγματικά είναι το απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο! Η πρόσβαση είναι πολύ εύκολη με πάντα διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ! Βρίσκεται δίπλα στη μαγική Χώρα του νησιού όπου πάτε με τα πόδια! Όλα ήταν πεντακαθαρα και στους χώρους του σπιτιού θα έχετε πραγματικά ο,τι χρειάζεστε και με το παραπάνω θα έλεγα! Κάθε πιθανή σας ανάγκη είναι ήδη φροντισμένη από τους φοβερούς οικοδεσπότες! Σας ευχαριστούμε μέσα από την καρδιά μας για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν!

This place was great! Easy walk to the beach - 6 minutes! The hosts went above and beyond in accommodating us! Extremely nice people, who made our stay very enjoyable!
