Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία στο χωριό Κεραμέ. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,βενζινάδικο,πρατήριο άρτου και καφέ καθώς και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Αγίου Κηρύκου - Αρμενιστή . Τελείωσε η κατασκευή του το 2018 . Απέχει μόλις 5-6 λεπτά από την πλατεία του χωριού και την παραλία . Στο μπαλκόνι μπορεί να χαλαρώσει και να ξεκουραστεί ένα ζευγάρι, μια οικογένεια ,ή μια μικρή παρέα φίλων απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του βουνού ή της θάλασσας .
