Ο χώρος ηταν άνετος για 4 άτομα ,πεντακάθαρα ολα μεσα στο διαμέρισμα, νιωθαμε ασφάλεια και ο οικοδεσπότης ηταν Υπέροχος μακάρι να υπάρχουν τέτοια άνθρωποι στο χωριό αυτο!

We loved staying at Heliopetra. The room is walking distance from Chora and therefore many buses, so easy if you don’t have a car. The view from our room was breathtaking (seriously, the AirBnb photos can’t do justice to that sunset). The room was spotless and very spacious. Our hosts were wonderful - made us feel at home and gave lots of great recommendations for where to swim, eat, and drink! We’re just sad we couldn’t stay for longer! Will definitely be back - thank you!

Så snällt att erbjuda transfer från vårt första boende på ön. Kommunicerade skriftligt och sedan via mobil när vi missade att svara. Kändes hemtrevligt och boendet hade en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Uteplatsen var mysig och vi fick besök av både en glad hund och en snäll katt. Det finns sköns solsängar i bästa läge som vi tyvärr inte nyttjade. Köket fungerade för matlagning, vissa redskap saknade vi dock. Det fanns gott om hygienartiklar att tillgå, bekvämt. Boendet ligger nära strand, klippbad och restauranger, relativt brant men kort uppförsbacke på hemvägen. Sovdelen i boendet kändes lite trång och instängd. Sammanfattningsvis trivdes vi väldigt bra och njöt av utsikten under våra 3 dagar här.

This studio was perfect for my spring break! I will say if you’re coming here in the off season the island itself is verrry quiet. If you’re looking for some time off i highly recommend. I stayed during April and it seems that most of the places won’t open until about June! So keep that in mind. Thanos was very responsive and I was thankful for the flexible check out time. Miss Helena was also very accommodating! She picked me up and took me back to the port. Lovely hosts all around 🥰 I’d love to return in the future!

Maria ist eine super freundliche Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: nur 1 min. zu Fuss zu den nächsten Restaurants, im Herzen von Chora, direkt um die Ecke ist eine Bäcker, auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Sehr sauber, alles, was man für einen kürzeren aber auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Die Küche und die Ausstattung ist perfekt, wenn man selbst kochen oder frühstück zubereiten möchte. Tee, Marmelade, Zwieback, kaffee, waschmittel zum wäsche waschen und 1 Flasche Wasser bei der Ankunft war alles dabei. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe für Detail ausgewählt. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Sowohl für Alleinreisende als auch Paare perfekt!

We’d really like to keep Ioanna’s place a secret it’s so good!! However that’s not fair. Everything about the apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great little kitchen, comfortable bed but the crowning glory a view to die for. If that’s not enough the hosts Ioanna and Michalis are the loveliest people. Both from IOS they are truly experts on the island and provided such useful information on eating out, shopping, beaches and walks. But shhhh don’t tell anyone else about Heliopetra or they’ll all want to go there!!

Wir waren 6 Jungs auf einem Jungstrip und es war genau perfekt. Wir haben nicht mehr gebraucht der Platz war absolut ausreichend es ist eig alles wirklich gut erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt für Party zwar etwas länger aber auch noch passend. Leonidas war sehr freundlich. sein Vater hat uns vom Hafen abgeholt und auch am letzten Tag wieder zurück gebracht um nicht mit dem Gepäck gehen zu müssen. Wir hatten eine sehr coole Zeit zu 6. in ios! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και φιλόξενος. Μας συνόδευσε μέχρι την οικία και μας ενημέρωσε για τις δραστηριότητες, τις παραλίες και τα τοπόσημο του νησιού. Σχετικά με το κατάλυμα , βρισκόταν στο κέντρο της Χώρας σε ύψωμα και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Όλα τα δωμάτια έβλεπαν είχαν θέα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!

Tutto meraviglioso! George è stato davvero impeccabile, super disponibile e sempre in allerta per farci stare al meglio. La casa era splendida, le foto non rendono, la vista da questa casetta è indimenticabile. Posizione ottima, il bus è a 5 minuti e la vista dalla casa è magica. Fra l’altro è un posto ideale per tutti quelli che cercano tranquillità e bellezza. È una parte dell’isola poco trafficata, la spiaggia a 4 minuti penso sia la più bella di ios. Ristoranti e Pathos attaccati a casa, Erego, uno dei ristoranti/club sulla spiaggia è vicinissimo alla casa e consigliamo di fare un salto. Insomma un sogno! Grazie George per il bellissimo pernottamento. Da cinque stelle se non più!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Ειχε ησυχία και φανταστική αυλή από όπου μπορούσες να θαυμάζεις την εκκλησία της Χώρας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τα σεντόνια μυριζαν υπέροχα. Είχε όλα όσα χρειάστηκαμε κατά τη διαμονή μας και όλα αυτά σε εξαιρετική τιμή. Τέλος, ο φούρνος δίπλα στο σπίτι προσφέρει εξαιρετικό πρωινό και καφέ Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

bardzo dobra miejscówka na jedną noc, w samym porcie, więc nie ma problemu z dotarciem na prom. mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, czysta łazienka.

Beautiful sunset view of Ios - in the Chora but also with enough privacy for a quiet night - and there is parking! Georges and Florence were great hosts. We had all the info we needed for a great stay and they were very responsive to all our questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

Margaret helped with transportation from the ferry to the place, she arranged it all for us. She made everything really easy for us and was very kind. The place is super nice and has a beautiful view, would highly recommend and definitely want to stay there again.

We loved our stay. The pool area and views from it and our balcony area really were beautiful, over a dramatic crevice/valley and out to the Aegean Sea.. Given that we stayed at the end of the season there were very few people, so we often felt like it was all ours. The rooms are small but well designed with a good area for cases and a hanging rail. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we’ve experienced across our stay of 10 days in Greece. I don’t know why the beds are so hard in Greece. We had a verandah with table and chairs and this really opened up our space, great views too. The bathroom was also compact, but brand new and very nicely put together. The pool bar made great coffee and a seriously good chicken burger with potato wedges. The greeting and pick up at the port by Marisha (not sure I have the spelling right) was warm and friendly. We asked for a kettle etc as the room did not have one and nothing was too much trouble. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Zelo prijetna izkušnja, sprejel nas je Dionisis, Margaretin mož, ki je zelo, zelo prijazen in res dobiš občutek, kot bi prišel na obisk ljubečemu sorodniku, ki te je zelo vesel. Apartma je prisrčen, zelo čist, lepo opremljen, kavarna zelo simpatična in ima odlično ambientalo glasbo. Zelo se trudijo, vsako jutro smo dobili zajtrk, ki ga nismo plačali, ampak so nam ga prijazno postregli: kavo po izbiri, sveže stisnjen pomarančni sok, opečene kruhke, več vrst marmelad in maslo. Lokacija je precej zasebna, ampak ima plažo in zelo dobro taverno, kamor lahko greš na kosilo ali večerjo in odlično ješ po ugodni ceni. Skratka, namestitev nudi popolnoma vse, kar potrebuješ za prijeten oddih. Gostitelj nam je uredil tudi poceni renta car, dal vsa navodila, poklepetal z nami, nam povedal več o otoku in navadah .... Res si ne bi mogli želeti več. Hvala za vašo prijaznost in vse kar ste storili za nas, z veseljem se bomo še kdaj vrnili na Folegandros in bivali pri vas - super ste!

Firstly many thanks to Vicky (Biku in Greek alphabet) for her fast responses and clear information. Also her friend Roula was just so kind and helpful and went well beyond any notion of "service". The property was as described with wonderful views over the beach, port and Santorini beyond. It was very well equipped (there is no television which I did not miss). Spotlessly clean and very quiet and relaxing.

Maria è simpatica, sempre disponibile e premurosa, sono stata benissimo nella camera, pulita, confortevole, in un'ottima posizione. La consiglio!

Everything was perfect! It's very convenient as it is close to the port and there are buses running very often to the island center/chora. George was very friendly and the room was very convenient and clean! Thank you!

Betty and her husband were super accommodating and very lovely and friendly! I would definitely come here again as I need to come back to IOS!! It was absolutely beautiful and Betty and her husband made it even better! Betty’s husband picked us up from the port and dropped us off! He also made great recommendations to us while we were there!

La casa corrispondeva a quanto visto nelle foto, buona posizione e ottima veranda in cui rilassarsi e mangiare. George è un ottimo host, molto gentile e disponibile ci ha accolti e fatto sentire a casa nella sua amata isola. Consigliatissimo

Eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Ein Fahrzeug (Roller, Quad, Auto…) generell zum Erkunden der Insel und besonders für die Wohnlage empfohlen. Maria und ihre Freunde haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und den Transfer vom Hafen und die Anmietung eines Quads für uns organisiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
