Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. We stayed overnight here to attend a concert at the local venue not too far from the condo, in fact, we walked to the Casino Ballroom, probably a 10 min walk.. Everything was just as described. There’s a sofa sleeper & bedroom are separate from each other, which was great. There was everything you could think of, plates, cups, paper towels, tea bags etc.. The bathroom was really nice & clean. Hoping to come back in the summer when it’s warmer. I would highly recommend staying here. Tom & Caitlin were so responsive even going out of there to look for something we left behind..

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Dream Catcher at the beach

We really enjoyed staying at Shelli's Dream Catcher guesthouse. Access to a beautiful beach almost directly across the street, and great views of the marsh directly out of the back windows. The place was clean and well laid out. Shelli was responsive and gave us an unexpected early check-in. Sunsets and sunrises were awesome. We stayed in late October, so I believe some of the restaurants within walking distance were closed at this point. Still, it's a great location in Wells, and only a short drive from area restaurants, shopping and other locations. We would recommend Dream Catcher at the Beach!

Maine Oceanfront Cottage

We had a great stay. The space was small but exactly what we needed. We came to Maine to experience the sights and the dining and this space was a comfy, cute space to come back to and relax. We did not grasp how close to the road the house was and was a little noisy with the traffic, but overall pretty quiet. Overall it was a great stay for our intended use and we would book it again.

Beach access, walking distance to downtown!

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Beach. The house is right across the street from the beach and has a great view from the top floor. The house is cute and comfy and Larissa was very helpful and responsive in communication. The house is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, ice cream places, etc. Just of note, the house is right next to the street and parking lot so it's a great location if you are walking to the beach but not super quiet if you want to sit outside at the house. There is also only one parking space that goes with the house so when it is busy can be difficult to park a second car. That didn't effect our stay, though, and we really enjoyed the house and location.

Willard By the Sea - 30 ft to the ocean and beach!

The apartment was well-stocked, comfortable, quiet and had amenities beyond a typical rental. The furnishings were attractive, clean and comfortable. The rental process was smooth. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances and pots and pans, but has a small working space making anything but simple cooking prep difficult. The location had the advantage of being close to a great beach and easy access to the restaurants and sites in Portland. I would definitely recommend this location.
