Nuestra «Lemonhouse» se encuentra en Agios Dimitrios, a 50 km al sur de Kalamata, en la costa oeste de Mani, frente al mar. La casa, reformada con mucho cariño en 2020/2021, es moderna y está completamente amueblada. Se encuentra en una zona elevada, a 30 m del mar y a 1 minuto de la playa. Ofrece 2 dormitorios/salas de estar y cocina con vistas al mar, baño con ventanas, patio interior y 2. aseo, lavadora y trastero. Tiene una terraza de 40 m² con vistas al mar, un jardín de limones con ducha exterior, un depósito de agua y una azotea con vistas al mar y a las montañas. Aparcamiento a 40 m.

Increíble vista

Hermosa y cómoda casa de madera y piedra que le transporta a la tradición local. Cuenta con dos habitaciones con piso de madera con capacidad para 6 huéspedes. El acceso a la cocina y al baño se realiza desde la terraza, como se muestra en las fotos. Tiene un patio común con la capilla que se encuentra al lado, donde los niños del vecindario pueden jugar con seguridad. Se puede acceder a ella en automóvil hasta la puerta de la casa para estacionamiento de corta duración, pero está prohibido estacionar las 24 horas.
