Brooker Tiny Home: Rural Luxury

Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Pemberley Cottage is a tranquil self-contained accommodation experience located on a 700 acre grazing property just outside the quaint village of Malmsbury in the Macedon Ranges The stylish cottage provides spectacular water, mountain & farm views; the perfect place to unwind, soak in the outdoor bath, bask in the views or use as a base to explore nearby Kyneton & Daylesford. Guests can expect to be greeted by our inquisitive array of farm pets, including highland cows, sheep & chooks.

This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

The Rocks Studio

Just an hour from Melbourne, The Rocks Studio is the perfect redoubt from the city grind. Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
