The place was welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. This was important because we intended to stay in a lot and enjoy home cooked meals. The place felt homely and, with some basic provisions, we could settle in right away. The kitchen crockery, pots, pans etc were all clean and in excellent condition. There was plenty of choice for lounging and dining areas, with an indoor or more outdoor feel, and the surrounding natural landscape made for a beautiful and peaceful escape. Loved the outdoor swing between the tall trees which invited you to go outside. The seating around the grand firepit was excellent with beautiful decorative lighting. When the outdoor lights were off, we enjoyed expansive views of the Milky Way, by the fire. Additionally, we thought the host's dining recommendations in Ballarat and Daylesford were excellent, as was his communication. The getaway was just what we'd had in mind.

We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

A great place that felt like a home away from home which was appreciated as we stayed for 10 nights. Had everything we needed and more. Really comfortable beds, shower and bath were amazing, lots of natural light and plants, kitchen had everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the deck. Deb was a fantastic host. Very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we come to Bendigo.

We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

My husband and I with our 8 year old son have just completed a stay at Leah's beautiful cottage. The property is amazing and so serene. We were able to feed the wonderful Saffy and Toby (ponies) and to meet Groucho and Alan (Alpacas). The cottage has everything you could need or want and Leah is a fantastic host always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay in thos cottage again. 😀

Stunning home well set up for family or group gatherings all year round. Plenty of space both indoors and out and spectacular views of nearby hills.Particularly well suited for planned Flowerdale Estate functions. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. Very happy to have stayed at Polo!

Wonderful stay in Kyneton. Jane’s communication was prompt and responsive. Cosy and comfortable space with everything needed. Appreciated the chocolate, milk, eggs, bread, coffee. Clean and fresh linen including, washed sofa pillows. Very thoughtful! Also loved the reading nook and selection of books. Easy parking and walk to Kyneton shops and restaurants. Thank you :)

Annie was so nice to deal with, clear communication and met in person, Annie gave recommendations for great places to eat and her place was awesome, very clean and homely. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was great! Even thought it was right on a busy main street we still had a great sense of privacy and no noise. The location was amazing with a tram stop right outside the front door and amazing cafes and bars within five minutes walking distance (highly recommend Take Two coffee and bagels across the road). The apartment itself was fully furnished with everything we needed for a short stay ie stovetop, fridge, and much more. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay outside of the CBD while still being within a 20 min tram ride from everywhere. Thank you so much Janice for such a lovely stay!

The apartment was extremely comfortable - beautifully furnished and very warm with plenty of heating. It’s a great location in a heritage historical site, thanks so much for hosting us! My daughter says it’s the best airbnb she’s ever visited!

Had a fantastic stay here, great location and a very comfortable apartment. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Despite the central location it was also really quiet and felt secure. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely return if in Brunswick again!

Beautiful clean and modern apartment with everything you could need. Great location and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just outside. Really loved my stay as there were a few issues with water and noise but the owners were quick to help and were extremely helpful. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay again one day.

The is property is in a great location with access to public transport if you need it. Easy accessible parking. Grocery shop close by within walking distance. Good restaurants, takeaway and local pub. Owners at the Coffee shop at 20 Young street were very friendly.

We loved Julia’s apartment. It is beautifully appointed with modern, comfortable furniture, high ceilings (which give a feeling of space), a gorgeous and very private deck plus a sleek and well-equipped kitchen - not that we used it much! Located in Thornbury within easy walking distance of train and tram connections to other parts of this huge city, we enjoyed walking around the peaceful neighbourhood and following the nearby Merri Creek trail. High St has several inviting looking cafes but we highly recommend “Short Round” on the corner of High St and Ballantyne St (a 5 min walk from the apartment). The breakfast offerings were delicious and just that little bit different. A big positive for the apartment is how secure and safe we felt. It is a keyless entry so no worries about misplacing keys or forgetting to take keys with us - very user-friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Julia’s place.

We loved Romaine’s flat - just looking over the Merri creek. It was just a very pleasant place to stay and the balcony was lovely in the mornings. Bed was comfortable - shower was great. Communication was great all the way through though I got things wrong and had to make last minute changes. Would definitely come again. Thanks Romaine. . .

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

My partner and I had a great stay with Sally! We stayed for a month following our working holiday regional work. It was the perfect place to plan the next steps of our aussie journey! The house is in a great location (we loved the market, the proximity to an inexpensive gym, local restaurants and the train line that takes you right to town!). The house itself is cozy, clean and super comfy! The house is within walking distance of everything, but is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to rest and relax. Sally was an exceptional host and always made us feel welcomed. She provided us with lots of great recommendations, we had lovely chats with her and she was kind enough to share some freshly baked goodies that her mother baked (seriously delish!). We really enjoyed our stay in Preston and would highly recommend staying with Sally!

Great spot - quite noisy for me (but I don’t live in the city so extra sensitive!) but thankfully Trish bought a large fan for the white noise to help me sleep with the traffic and tram noise. Beautifully decorated and SUPER handy to everything you need and plenty of free off street parking xxx
