We have just spent 5 days in the apartment and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was super clean when we arrived, it’s very spacious with air conditioning in each room. Bottles of cold water in the fridge were a nice touch! The views are incredible and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away! The hot tub is great and the balcony is big so you can sunbathe there too. Plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need. The host is very welcoming and helpful! Thank you so much for a relaxing stay :)

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage im Casa Bonita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nah am Stand von Afantou, wo wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren im wunderschönen, sauberen Wasser. Die Zeit dort war klasse!

we had a great stay! the place has been recently renovated and looks stunning, it had everything we needed and was super comfortable and a great size. our flight arrived late but still stavros’ father met us at a local landmark to guide us to the apartment and point out local places to visit and supermarket etc. can’t fault them! stavros was also super responsive and even has a website with all the info you need before you arrive. would definitely recommend! :)

הופתענו לטובה! הוילה היתה ענקית ומרשימה עם חדרים מרווחים ומאובזרים, בריכה מושלמת, מרתף עם מכשירי כושר ופינגפונג, מגרש כדורסל קטן בחניה וגינה מטופחת ברמה גבוהה. ניקוס היה זמין לשאלות ותמיד ענה בזריזות לעניין. לסיכום, ממליץ בחום!

Βασιλική ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit irgend einem Anliegen bei ihr melden und sie meldete sich gleich zurück. Der Pool ist sehr gemütlich um darin zu plantschen und um sich von der Hitze abzukühlen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gross. Gewisse Möbel sind schon älter und in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, man kann sie jedoch trotzdem gut benutzen. Die Gegend eignet sich gut um verschiedene Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere 9 Tage genossen. Danke Βασιλική 🌷

Nous avons séjourné quelques nuits dans cette maison avec nos enfants. Le logement est très propre, conforme à la description. La maison se trouve dans le centre, à proximité des commerces mais aussi d'une route un peu passante. Konstantinos a été très accueillant et facilitant pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Evde ihtiyaç olacak her sey fazlasıyla bulunmaktadır. Yanlış iletişinden kaynaklı bir gün erken gelmemiz hiç sorun olmadı annesi çok misafirperver davrandı. Kendi evini açtı ve 1-2 saat içinde kalacağınız evi bize sundular. Konum olarak merkeze 10dk uzaklıkta araç kiralamanız daha iyi olacaktır. Tekrar buraya geldiğiniz zaman konaklayacağımız bir yer tavsiye ederim. Her şey için teşekkürler stella

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Panos met us upon arrival and showed us round, including where the outdoor drying rack was and how to use the hot tub - super helpful. There was wine, milk, butter, snacks and cereal which were great touches. We loved the hot tub and used it every day, plus this was cleaned once during the week. Super comfy bed, good hairdryer, good iron, and washing machine worked well with pods provided. Had everything we could need! The communication with the host was great, with recommendations shared, advice on the buses and notice of when the cleaners would arrive. The location was perfect for us, lots of great restaurants and bars close by, as well as bus stops to go to Lindos and Rhodes Old Town. It’s very central, but we weren’t disturbed once by the noise of the town. A truly amazing holiday, thank you Panos & Konstantina!! A fabulous few days spent in the villa with our family. Our host was so attentive and kind. The villa was spotless and homely. Loved the peaceful area. We were out of season but still found a few local restaurants we could walk to and enjoy. A highlight was the short walk to the sea with a beautiful tree lined promenade. We are definitely going to visit again as it suited it so well and we felt very relaxed during our stay.

We visited Rhodes in February. Although many things were closed we loved the Old Town. Enough shops and restaurants open but just leaving the medieval walls there is a full assortment of places to eat and shop. Within the walls we felt like we were sharing with just the friendly cats. Day trip to Lindos was a highlight. The Airbnb space was spacious for three. We enjoyed the hot tub and views. Stairs are tricky but authentic. Do not hesitate to experience living inside the walls. Host helped with transportation and was there to greet us and bid farewell. Lovely people in Rhodes.

Despina war sehr zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Die Villa überzeugte mit seinen schönen Lichtern in der Abendstimmung, dem Pool und dem Whirlpool. Einige Klimaanlagen tropften ein wenig, was Despina aber reparieren lässt. Die Sauberkeit war allgemein nicht auf höchstem Standart aber der Klimazone entsprechend. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen. Hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Da wir spät angereist sind wurden im Vorfeld sogar einige Grundnahrungsmittel besorgt für den ersten Abend. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

We had an amazing week long stay at the Villa. It is absolutely beautiful, gorgeously designed with a wonderful outdoor space. No complaints. Alex is simply the best host and always willing to go above and beyond to create a great stay. We very much appreciated the various food and drinks he left at the house for us when we arrived late at night. Would not hesitate to stay again. The beach at Stegna (just a 3-4 walk away) was one of our favorites in Rhodes - picturesque, cozy and not as busy as some of the other beaches. Villa was located just a couple mins away from lots of restaurants and mini grocery stores. Everything within walking distance.

Wow! What a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and has all amenities. Konstandino is the best host ever. He is so helpful and accommodating. He let us stay for free until the evening. In the end we had to leave a day earlier due to an aviation strike and Konstandino refunded us the money for the extra night. I said he is not required to but he said he wants to anyway because we shouldn't have to pay for a night that we didn't use. I will definitely come back to this house on our next trip to Rhodes. Hopefully the weather will be better and we will be able to enjoy the swimming pool more. This house is highly recommended for anyone coming to Rhodes and wants a beautiful and affordable family house to stay. Thank you Konstandino
