We had an amazing stay. The pictures of this listing are extremely accurate, but nothing like being inside this beautiful piece of history. The location is amazing; about a five-minute walk when you disembark the ferry, minutes from the beach front with a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars and only five minutes from the supermarket. We loved sitting on the balcony above the beautiful market street, watching the world go by at any time of the day. Ioanna was super attentive and very responsive. This is a wonderful place to stay.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Theofilos, delightful host, the place had everything we needed, beds were comfy, lovely , shower had strong water pressure, lovely view from the balcony, kids enjoyed playing on the half basketball court, just a few minutes away from city center with car, also easy by foot. Thank you Theofilos.

Bei Giannis haben wir uns ab Sekunde eins wohlgefühlt und direkt bedauert, dass wir nur vier Nächte gebucht hatten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Giannis hat uns sehr gut betreut. Die Natur in und um Vathi ist traumhaft schön und die Zeit scheint stehen zu bleiben. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her! Danke für alles :)

Our stay at Alexandra’s was clean and comfortable. She made us some delightful food and the frig. had water and food items upon arrival. So appreciated! We enjoyed walking about 15-20min to old town, and on our way getting coffee at Steam Project. The Archaeological museum is wonderful & a 20min. walk, and the harbor is close by as well. We had some amazing food in Old Town at Artinodas.

We loved Patrika. It was perfect for our needs. It is remote and away from everything. But since we rented a car and wanted to explore the island, it was perfect for us. We only had a few issues which our host addressed quickly. Our power went out on Easter Sunday. He had people there within 30 minutes (as he was not on the island). The WiFi seemed to go in and out. But for the most part was good enough to get emails and communicate. There is one bathroom with a tub/handheld shower. Perhaps a hook to be able to stand in the tub and wash your hair. There is a tavern below the home. The owners were very sweet and accommodating to our onion allergy ( with our host help in communicating info before we went for dinner). Lastly, on all my trips to Greece every year and exploring different islands, the beds and linens were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. It was nice and cool because of the structure. Overall, I’d we went back to Chios, we would stay again! Σας ευχαριστώ

L'emplacement tient les promesses des photos. Le site est exceptionnel avec sa très jolie petite plage quasi privée aux eaux turquoises. L'équipement de la maison est un peu rudimentaire mais l'essentiel y est et cela ajoute un côté robinson au sejour. Les lits sont confortables. Le couple qui nous accueille à l'entrée de la propriété est très sympathique et serviable. Le chemin pour arriver n'est pas goudronné et assez caillouteux sur environ 500m, mais en roulant doucement c'est ok. Le coucher de soleil est imprenable. La taverne près de la magnifique plage de Fellos est top. Nois reviendrons !

Super logement, a 10 min a pieds du centre actif avec magnifique terrasse et tout équipé. Fotini est pleine de bons conseils et accueille amicalement, on serait bien restés plus longtemps.

The apartment is full of character and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our stay. Wonderful to be right on the seafront and watch the world go by. Lovely bakery, kiosk, cafe and restaurant just outside. A couple of days were very windy, so it was great to also have the sheltered terrace and garden at the back of the apartment. Sofi was a brilliant host. We definitely hope to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

We rented the whole house (we were 17 members of our family). As only normal, some things didn’t work, but the hostess with her family immediately solved them flawlessly. The house is supper comfortable (4 kitchens!!!), and well compartlized so privacy was kept for who needed it. All restaurants recommend where great (even though it’s hard to eat bad in Crete 🤪) We used for 3 nights a private chef recommended by Chryssavgi (Spyridon Spilos) who was outstanding also (they bring all ingredients, cook, put the table and most importantly, they clean everything afterwards!!!). The pool was also big and super refreshing (and very well kept). In summary, if we come back to Crete, we will be using this house again. Superb overall experience!!!

What a charming place!! It was impeccably clean and exactly as in the pictures. Dimitri and Eleni were wonderful hosts! They met me for check in, we’re super responsive throughout and even let me borrow a warm coat for the day! Highly recommend, especially for the price AND it had secure parking too! Thank you so much!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Villa Paraisos verbracht. Das Appartment bietet alles, was man braucht, die Ausstattung in der Küche ist top, es fehlt rein gar nichts! Es war sehr sauber und besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Einheit in sich abgeschlossen ist und man absolute Privatsphäre hat. Alles ist rundum blickdicht eingezäunt. Blitzsauber war es auch. Romeo und eine weitere Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Tipps versorgt. Jeden Tag wurde der Außenbereich und der Pool gereinigt. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Ort an sich uns nicht besonders gefiel, aber das Meer mit seinen unzähligen Buchten und Stränden war traumhaft und die Unterkunft auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Beautifully designed home in the perfect location. The apartment is located just on the edge of the old town. Close to everything but private and quiet. Easy access and there is a parking garage nearby if you don’t want to deal with street parking. The central square is about a ten minute walk. The apartment itself is stunning. Clearly Nikos put in significant effort into design - it is simultaneously elegant and comfortable. And it is flawlessly cleaned and maintained. Patio on the second level was a real treat. Entire experience was exactly as you hope - communication, directions, check in, and local recommendations were all super easy. Thankful to have met Nikos and to have stayed at his place. Highly recommend!

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία !

To σπίτι της Μαρίας ήταν εκπληπτικό και σε τρομερή τοποθεσία. Παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις, ειδικά στην κουζίνα και στον εξοπλισμό της αλλά το τζάκι κλέβει την παράσταση καθώς το επισκεφθήκαμε τους χειμερινούς μήνες και ηταν ιδανικό. Ολες οι παραλίες του νότιου Ρεθύμνου βρίσκονται το πολύ 10 λέπτα με το αυτοκίνητο και συνίσταται και για όμορφα μονοπάτια και φαράγγια που βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά! Η Μαρία ηταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σιγουρα θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανα!

We had a lovely stay in Angelos' apartment. It was easy to find, clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace (and playing with the kittens). Cafés, supermarket, and fuel station were very close, which was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Angelos!

Gościnności można uczyć się od Stefana,jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z możliwością pozostania w apartamencie o wiele godzin dluzej bezpłatne, wszystko było tak zorganizowane aby goście czuli się komfortowo do samego końca podróży, bogato wyposażony dom ,niczego nie brakowało ,w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, świetny przewodnik stworzony przez Stefana, Dbałość o szczegóły stwarzająca wygodę gościa ,Bardzo wygodne łóżka,piękna pościel.... Pięknie położony dom z widokiem na morze z każdego tarasu, Doskonała komunikacja, Niczego nam nie brakowało i żal było wyjeżdżać z tego cudownego miejsca i będziemy tęsknić za tym miejscem chcąc tu wrócić.Dziekujemy Stefan za stworzenie tego cudownego miejsca i możliwości wymeldowania wieczorem.Pozdrawiamy.

Πολυ περιποιημένο και άνετο σπίτι με αυλή και ο οικοδεσπότης εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός .Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μέσα στα Χανιά ..Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen: Alle Geschäfte und der Strand sind fussläufig zu erreichen und dennoch ist die Strasse ruhig. Schon die Fassade im Steinhausstil (die Eingangstür erinnert an elbische Baukunst ;-) ist einladend und gemütlich und so setzt sich das Design im Inneren weiter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und Dachterrasse war das Haus mehr als genug um unsere Familie zu beherbergen. Wir wurden mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten begrüsst und verabschiedet und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Το σπιτάκι ήταν πολύ όμορφο και άνετο . Πολύ σημαντικό ότι είναι πολύ κοντά στην Αρεοπολη και η Φιορέλλα ήταν πολύ άμεση και εξυπηρετική !

we had a wenderful time at the villa! it is equipped with everything made nedded, it is well designed what made the stay very calm and joyful the view is absolutely incredible and the area is very peaceful . highly recommended!

- άνετος και καθαρός χώρος ιδανικός για ζευγάρι και για ένα παιδάκι - η αυλή είναι πολύ όμορφη και μεγάλη (ήμασταν τυχεροί γιατί τις περισσότερες μέρες ήμασταν μόνοι μας στο χώρο - δεδομενου πως η αυλή είναι κοινή για αλλά δυο σπίτια) - το σκυλακι μας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτο και μάλιστα είχε δωράκι λιχουδιές - τέλος είχαμε μεγάλη ευελιξία στο check out που είναι πάντα σημαντικό για εμάς όταν χρειάζεται

Margarita is a delightful host who takes the time to walk through everything at the beginning. She continued to be just a message away and was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment is gorgeous with artistic and personal touches. It is also spacious, has a lot of light and feels quite luxurious. Something to be aware of is that those afraid of heights or who aren't good on stairs might not be able to go up the spiral staircase up to the roof garden. This wasn't an issue for us and the apartment is wonderful even without going up to the roof garden. There is a small balcony for two people off of the kitchen to get some air if going up is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Athens.
